Club Mahindra Holidays - Bliss Classic Section specially rolled out for senior citizens is rather Misery and Sorrow. I have booked for membership in January 2017. But till date am only renewing the membership without being to avail of the facility. Every time that I have tried to book, the online facility either is unavailable or is invalid applied or says payment overdue. I have visited your Pune office on 3 occasions but the representatives there have failed to resolve the issue. Moreover I have tried to get in touch with the Mumbai office but they are also unable to resolve the issue. Now, I am not interested in continuing with the membership and want full refund of the membership amount paid by me alongwith annual renewal fees paid twice. Kindly help.
