I am a member for more than 8 years and not utilised the holiday after we became a member, as we understood that most of these properties are outside the city or location, where want to visit. Also, the executives are not not curtious. Further, it is very expensive of all the items including food, sports and any other items.

Club Mahindra has made excess holidays as lapsed holidays. These holidays are earned and not free.

It was promised that reduce my balance below 10 and then lapsed holidays will be re credited. But now they refused.

I would like to take this up on social platform like reels, Twitter, facebook etc and file a consumer and criminal case for fraud and cheating....

This is shocking to understand that you have automatically suo moto cancelled my confirmed booking. Attaching my confirmed holiday voucher - 7976906. I had initially booked on 4th April 2024 itself and modified on 6th June 2024 for 2 nights. 5th checkin and 7th checkout. Days debited 2.5 days. Today i got a mail telling my confirmed booking is canceled with days credited as 3.8 days which itself proves that this is an app error.

On 31 Oct 2023 I with membership no 1733001 with CM for 14 yrs and holding 1BR purple was misguided by CM employees at Tungi lonavala into an upgrade escalating my membership by Rs 1 lakh per year for remaining 11 yrs .
Within 6 hrs I wrote mails, called that this is not in my financial capacity but no heed paid .
Since then I have not availed any benefits, also my 12.4 days inventory is stuck and a down payment of Rs 87, 000...

I went to spend pongal holidays (14.01.24 to 17.01.24) with BOOKING ID-2656907 at club Mahindra Ooty, .. to my best of my knowledge, holiday resorts is to spend holidays with or without family to with pleasent and with privacy.

But in ooty property there is no PRIVACY AND PLEASENT... The food was very poor in taste and poor in quality and much higher cost than its quality, so v got food frm outside.. but the food AND dinning...

My membership ID is 2757243. I have paid down payment of Rs.34700 on 20.04.2017 and paid 20000 in 3 installment bearing cheque nos. 78156, 157 and 159 dated 7.5.17, 7.6.17 and 10.8.17 respectively. I had purchased 3 years Go Zest membership plan during Covid period, which was offered to me as a discounted special offer price. I was clearly informed at the time of buying the package, both by the sales agent who came in person, as well as company's Mumbai customer onboarding team ( over recorded phone from Mumbai), that the package is extendable beyond the given period of 3 years.
