On 31 Oct 2023 I with membership no 1733001 with CM for 14 yrs and holding 1BR purple was misguided by CM employees at Tungi lonavala into an upgrade escalating my membership by Rs 1 lakh per year for remaining 11 yrs .
Within 6 hrs I wrote mails, called that this is not in my financial capacity but no heed paid .
Since then I have not availed any benefits, also my 12.4 days inventory is stuck and a down payment of Rs 87, 000...

While joining the club mahindra they gave a false commitment regarding the emi payment, after we find out it, they said we will take care of the problems after you 2 months emi in 1 month, in that period we will help out the interest free payment for 1 year as a complimentary for our staff false comittment.But now these 2 moths passed they again cheated us .We need a justice for that and we need to make sure that no one hereafter sufeer what we go through.

I went to spend pongal holidays (14.01.24 to 17.01.24) with BOOKING ID-2656907 at club Mahindra Ooty, .. to my best of my knowledge, holiday resorts is to spend holidays with or without family to with pleasent and with privacy.

But in ooty property there is no PRIVACY AND PLEASENT... The food was very poor in taste and poor in quality and much higher cost than its quality, so v got food frm outside.. but the food AND dinning...

I have paid total of approx 84k in EMI and advance to club Mahindra. I recently informed them That I want to cancel my membership. Post I sent an email request they are now informing that cant refund as I have paid less than 60% of plan amount. I was sold on EMI based plan. An the executive who sold me plan told me that that 60/40 ratio would be applied in case of cancelled. i.e 40% amount was expected in refund. Now they are sharing email...
