[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — cancellation of membership - refund - 4 months | |||
Complaint My membership id is 2876565. I have cancelled my memeber on 31st aug 2019, they said refund takes 90 days. Its been more than 4 months now. I have not recieved refund. I called them on regular interval, but there customer support is one of the worst of all. I have cancelled club mahindra membership with in a day of my first initial deposit and sales agent confirmed that i get this full refund of my deposit amount. It is frustrating that it is more than 5 month of my initiation of cancellation and there is no update on when i am going to get money. I am following up through mails with member experience and also phone calls. But nothing is helping me to get my money back. Pls help in getting my refund. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
