[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Cancellation request pending. | |
My name is Sudheendra rao. Member I.d 2937052. I had joined the Club mahindra on 09/1/21 and due to some unavoidable circumstances me and my wife requested for termination of membership within 10days time-frame. Finally after meeting sales manager again, she agreed to cancel our membership. After few days we received a email saying that our membership cancellation is in the process and the amount paid will be refunded within 90 days. A token amount of 30, 740 rs was paid while joining. Even after the cancellation a amount of 10248 rs has been deducted from my credit card . I have sent emails and called their customer support but there is no help. Was this information helpful? | |
