Club Mahindra Holidays — Can't find any availability in any Club Mahindra resorts for any days.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I can't see any availability in any of the Club Mahindra resorts and after booking I can see there is waitlist, but no waitlist number provided by Club Mahindra so that I can do alternate bookings. Only the prediction low, medium I can see. when I checked with Customer care, they told they also can't help in this regard. I can see same resort of Club Mahindra available in other online travel partners for the same day.
So are we fool and cheated that we paid in advance taking Club Mahindra Go Zest Membership and not getting any rooms in any Club Mahindra resorts.
