I stayed at your Ramada resort Alleppy from 31-8-22 to 3-9-22
with my Husband.. We had stayed in the same resort earlier for 2 times
before onset of Covid pandemic. All the bookings were for studio
rooms. This time I found that the studio room allotted to me was much
smaller than the earlier 2 times. My husband took this up with Ramada hotel
management and was told that as per the new agreement with Club
Mahindra a lower type room was designated for studio and as per
revised contract the appropriate room was given., he was told by them to
contact Club Mahindra. Accordingly He contacted Club Mahindra call
center and later member relations team. Hewas told that what the resort
informed was true and this is the current studio room. He registered
a complaint with them that as a Red studio member his entitlement
cannot be reduced from my 2 earlier stay in the resort and the current
room is actually of hotel unit size and category as per associate
resorts IWehave stayed in many other associate resort properties. They
told us to take photos of the room and sent them to member relations.
He send 2 photos with his complaint to feedback member relations on their
portal. However so far he has not received any reply.
As you can see he is a member from 2007 and my experience with Club
Mahindra so far has been that the membership entitlements are
regularly and arbitrarily reduced to meet the expanding and
aggressively acquired additional membership to the detriment of old
members. Normally old members are given better facilities since it is
their patronage that has helped the Company grow. Here we find that old
members are squeezed to get more profits for the Company. The AMC is
regularly increased every year with benefits reduced over the years.
The whole business seems to be a big hoax on the customer. With
increasing members and correspondingly lesser resort rooms addition it
has become very difficult to get bookings as per your desire and lot
of compromises have to be made on resorts and dates. But then beggars
are not choosers. You are now trapped. Along with this you find that
we get inferior rooms and facilities.
We oiagwould want the duration of our stay at Ramada to be debited for
hotel unit. We had send them reminders .No reply
