[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — Club Mahindra - Membership cancellation - They are not refunding fees paid although not taken any service

Membership ID - 2521196 I have taken Club Mahindra membership a year ago & they did not explained about membership withdrwl. It was only explained about cancellation in 10 days. I couldn't opt for any holidays in my entire membership & now due to financial crisis, I want to discontinue & withdraw my membership. I filed cancellation request through email & I received auto email reply. I also had a call with relation member & she said she will escalate my cancellation to senior relation manager. After a week also, no response ; no update on refund. CLUB MAHINDRA IS TOTALLY A FRAUD. They ask u to send emails to multiple email ids and then nothing happened. Please take action against it and help me getting my payment back Thank you. Hemlata
