Dear sir,
Refer to my previous letter regarding my disputes are not repeating and always you are asking for the payment of maintenance.
Please refer my previous email and correspondence will you please let us know my present status of the membership. You are requested to clarify my account.
I have not enjoying any benefits of the club membership. Every time new person come and discuss the matter lastly mr. Swapnil has come, thereafter nothing is done. Why you are not clarify the matter with members? If i want to enjoy which benefits i am going to avail?
First of all you settle my dispute and clarify the accounts. You may contact on my cell no. [protected] and send your representative for clarify and clear the matter.
If i will not received any clarification, i have to take drastic steps as being a senior citizen, i have invested my hard money in your club to enjoy my rest of life. You are requested to look in the matter and quick action to be taken.

Dear sir,

Refer our previous mail your reply is not avail on cell. My all Email, Mobile and Other nos. forwarded earlier to you.
Please send written reply along with latest position of A/C as well as of my membership. I have try my level best to contact to your Department and Head Office, NOT REPLYING. On your non compliance, I have to take drastic legal steps and to knock the door of Consumer Court and the other Department to lodge my complaint & to take action. For the benefit of Senior citizens who has invested his hard money to enjoy & get benefits for the rest of life.
Requested to immediate action and reply to avoid further complication.
Please keep the better relationship for betterment of CLUB.
