I wish to bring into your kind knowledge that i am a 16 year old red studio member as i took membership in 2003, when club mahindra was having only 5/6 resorts including associate resorts but service at the resorts was exceptional those days.
I checked in at verca resort on 16th june 2019 and there was a small issue at the time of checking in. I left a massage with the front desk manager for resort manager to speak to me whenever he gets
Time. Again after 2 days i reminded the persons sitting at the reception to ask their resort manager to contact me as there was a small issue.
But i am sorry to write that either the staff sitting on reception did not inform the resort manager or the resort manager did not take any interest in this matter. It is serious issue as it leads to deficiency of service at the reception.
Further i wish to place on record here that when i visited verca beach resort in 2003 during those days resort manager use to meet members at his own to see the guests at resort. I still remember that the resort manager of that period ask me to tell him the deficiency (If any) at the resort.
But nowadays things have changed and after sending a massage, no
One bothers in that resort.

Your side as soon as possible.
