Dear Sir/Madam,
I had registered for Club Mahindra membership on 21st November, 2020, but due to my personal financial reasons, I had sent a cancellation request under clause 8.1 Part C through mail on 22nd November, 2020 to [protected]@clubmahindra.com and 25th of November, 2020 to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com. I had also sent a letter to the Corporate Office at Mumbai, through courier on 25th of November 2020 which were all within the cooling period of 10 days mentioned in the Club Mahindra terms and conditions to get full refund of down payment made. We have been repeatedly asked to submit post dated cheques even after cancellation request. Club Mahindra promised to refund the amount within 90 days of cancellation request but it has been 120 days since cancellation and we have yet not received the refund. I really regret to have believed Club Mahindra which is not concerned on its customers' situation. My membership ID is 2931164 which I request to cancel the ID and provide 100% refund by taking this complaint on high priority basis. Was this information helpful? |
