[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — fake and fishy plans and taken money from me | |||||
First complaint to club mahindra:- I don't understand why you guys running from the situation to refund the hard earned money. We are following up with people of club mahindra, and they are continuously asking us to wait for sometime to get the refund, but on the ground level, nothing is happening. We are especially getting assurance from mr. Mohan (Employee of the club mahindra) associated with the mobile number [protected] over the call that money will be refunded within a few days. But it's still pending and now he is avoiding our calls. We would request you to kindly arrange training sessions for all your employees so that they may understand how to handle the customers and what are the basic things which need to be fulfilled to satisfy customers. Membership no mhril=[protected] We would request to higher management folks to please look into the matter and align someone who can take the action on this matter, also help in getting the refund of my amount on high priority. We would like to give you a very small suggestion which will surely affect the business of any company, please take some futuristic decisions to make the refund process frictionless. 2nd complaint to club mahindra:- I literally don't believe what kind of services you guys providing to the customers. We are continuously following up with you to settle down my concern towards the fake & fishly commitments by your team member. I have already given sufficient evidence to you, to investigate the matter, but you guys are always asking for more details & evidence from me. Club mahindra is a renowned brand and you people don't have the track records at your end, what kind of fake & fishly commitments/offers have been given to the customers. As you (Mr. Sandeep) requested again to share more details, please find the enclosed email which was sent through one of your team member for the above-mentioned offers. I hope this time, you would be able to resolve the matter on high priority. I am highly unhappy and unsatisfied member of club mahindra due to inefficiency & work culture. Kindly take some preventive steps to make your process frictionless else it's will surely impact the brand value of your company.
