Club Mahindra Holidays — False commitment, not returning original service and no cooperation and negotiation/mediation (Club mahindra resort udaipur office

I had purchased 3 year point based membership during an event organised by club mahindra and after some months I planned my first holiday through them to udaipur. During the visit I recieved a call from one of the agents which is in the club mahindra resort udaipur office requesting me to visit the office in the resort to discuss the new offers and upgrades. During the conversation she said that we could cancel the upgrade anytime we wanted before paying the 1st emi due to this we paid the initial downpayment which was around 20 thousand. After some time due to personal and financial issues I contacted the agent asking her to cancel my upgrade as I didnt want it yet, She and her manager both said that they could just lower the emi but couldnt cancel my upgrade and said they wouldnt return the original 3 year membership yet alone the downpayment. After a certain point of time i asked them to keep the downpayment and give some compensation to me on the previous membership but they refused that as well and I am not able to use my previous membership which i used for 10 months only. My humble request is that I request the company to negotiate with me and atleast return my older membership so that I can use what I had paid for.
