I am writing this on behalf of my late father, Shri Dharmender Singh (Member ID: 3059666, Contract No: 598836), who was pressured and tricked by Club Mahindra staff into an unwanted second membership, purely for their sales targets.
Initially, he purchased one membership. Later, your sales team misguided and manipulated him into taking another one without providing any clarity or explanation-just showing glossy promises and false benefits. When he realized something was wrong, he reached out to multiple Club Mahindra representatives, and NONE of them responded.
People who ignored all calls, emails, and follow-ups include:
Sridhar Krishnaswami, Muktesh, Rohan Shahi, Rahul Wadhwa, Vipan Dhiman, Akash Sethi, Tirath, Nisha, Rohit Sharma, Ishwar, Prabhakar Devarajan, Subhash Dhyani, and Prashant Thingalaya.
My father passed away on 5th May 2024, and we informed Club Mahindra multiple times over phone calls and emails. Still, they kept calling us repeatedly, saying:
"Even if he's no more, you can continue the membership, pay the dues, and take your kids on vacation."
This was said while we were in mourning and performing his final rites. Such comments are deeply hurtful, unethical, and disgraceful.
Even after his death, Club Mahindra continued to auto-debit money, despite clear instructions and proofs submitted. Their team completely ignored all cancellation requests. This is nothing short of fraud and harassment.
We have all supporting documents:
Death certificate
Email threads
Call logs
Screenshots of chats
Membership cards
Now, we are demanding the immediate cancellation of both memberships and a full refund of all amounts charged after the complaint was raised, along with compensation for emotional harassment.
We are preparing for legal action and a formal consumer court case against Mahindra Holidays and the above-mentioned representatives.
