I have been paying my annual Club Mahindra fees year after year without fail, trusting that the holidays accumulated under my membership would remain available for use. To my absolute shock and disgust, I have now discovered that a significant portion of my holidays have silently lapsed over the years.
What is even more appalling is that there was absolutely no prior intimation from your side — no phone call, no email, no SMS, no reminder of any sort. This appears to be nothing but a deeply unethical and exploitative business practice designed to make customers continue paying annual fees while quietly wiping out the benefits they have already paid for.
Frankly, this feels like daylight robbery disguised as a membership program.
A company cannot expect members to religiously pay annual maintenance charges while simultaneously ensuring that their entitled holidays expire unnoticed in the background. This kind of dirty and deceptive policy completely destroys customer trust and raises serious questions about the integrity of your membership model.
I demand an immediate and complete restoration of all the holidays that have lapsed from my account.
If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily and transparently, I will have no hesitation in escalating the matter through consumer grievance forums and every other available channel.
I expect immediate corrective action from your side.
