Complaint marked as Resolved My 3 year membership 2931023 started on 2nd Jan 2021 with down payment. I paid Rs.52102. I could not travel due to corona virus. All the country and states were in lockdown. At that time, I had told them that 3 years should be given to them on humanitarian grounds because of Corona. Didn't agree. So I did not pay the rest of the money. Corona is all over the world. The duration of this membership should be considered humane in nature especially as a holiday company. How will I travel during those coronavirus months? What if he died.. Now they have sent a certificate. Saying that my membership has been canceled after I paid so much cash and did not spend a single point. Due to the severe situation of Corona Virus, I request full refund of my money on humanitarian grounds.
