[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — holiday | |||||
This is in continuation of my club mahindra holidays complaint number[protected] where i have been fighting for last 40 days for cancellation and refund of my membership. I am not receiving any call backs from the company despite my multiple calls and follow ups. I am always asked for more time and no conclusive response. Now after so much of follow up i receive a mail from. Club mahindra asking for 20-25 days more for the refund. This is just not acceptable as this would impact my credit score due to my overdue outstanding. Besides who would be responsible for the penal interest i would pay? The refund has to be on an immediate basis as this is a genuine request and club m has already taken a lot more than a month on the case.
