Club Mahindra credited 7 holidays in my account in July and laspsed it on 31st July 2024 without sending alerts in email / Whatsapp whereas they are they sent request for payment of ASI and continuous alerts including phone calls for payment of ASI. Club Mahindra resorting to unfair practices by lapsing the holidays to gain Rs.100000 per year purposely. ( 10% on initial investment of Rs.70, 000 plus ASI 30, 000 app. ) In their request for payment of ASI also they did not mention the lapse of holidays. The reason for non utilization of holidays ( last year I transferred 7 days to RCI ) is as follows:

I tried Austria for 7 days recently and you will be charging Rs.10, 000 per day and for 7 days it will work out to Rs.168000 ( Rs.70, 000 plus ASI 28, 000 plus my interest loss on my initial payment of Rs.7 lakhs will work out to Rs.70, 000.00.) Whereas RCI quoted me Rs.30, 000 for 7 days in Austria. In this case, I could have become a member of RCI instead of Club Mahindra paying Rs.7 lakhs pls ASI of Rs.28, 000 every year plus you are recovering your actual cost of tie up with your overseas partners fully.
I request your intervention to credit the lapsed 7 holidays immediately by instructing Club Mahindra which I am rightfully eligible.
