We attended a seminar on 19th August 2022 regarding membership. I made Rs 105594 down payment on the same day on the basis of what was explained to me. I was attended by Mr Shahid contact number ([protected]). We told, just give us time so that we will think and if interested then will do it online. But he told us that if you pay the money today, you will get a discount of Rs 71000 (nearly) what you will pay online. So, I made the down payment by using my debit cards.
When I reached home, then thought about this. Then I came to know that I can't pay the emi as well as asf charges due to financial issues and family issues. My wife is now pregnant and next month I am expecting a baby also.
So based on this scenario, I decided that it is better to cancel my membership. When I contacted Mr Shahid about this matter, he misguided me by saying that your membership will not be cancelled and you will not get a refund. It's better to take an iPhone and whatever vouchers we have provided just use it. So much misguidance from your sales person. It's just not believable from Club Mahindra.
Now I came to know that you can cancel membership within 10-15 days and you can get 100% refund. So just three days after taking membership i.e on 19 August 2022, I dropped an email to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com to cancel my membership.
KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY AND CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AT THE EARLIEST AND CALL ME.
