Me and my friend Nikhil Giri visited Manali. On 15th May 2022 we met your sales person Mr. Ankit at Manali who convinced us for taking 5 years membership of “Holiday package”. He also told that 15th May 2022 was anniversary of company and the offer was valid only for that day.
My friend Nikhil was interested in taking the membership but did not have his debit card for payment. Mr. Ankit asked me to give my debit card and said Re 1/- will be debited and then EMI will be transferred to Nikhil’s debit card when he will give details to Mr. Ankit who issued receipt no. GHC101221 dated[protected]
Nikhil provided his debit card details to Mr. Ankit but till today the EMI has not been transferred to his account. When I spoke to Customer care number [protected] of your company they said the EMI is still booked on my account.
Now Mr. Ankit is neither attending my calls nor calling me back. He is not even replying to Whatsapp messages.
Hence it is requested to kindly transfer the EMI to Nikhil’s debit card, details of which are provided to Mr. Ankit already. Was this information helpful? |
