I am filing a complaint against Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. for misrepresentation and deficiency in service.
At the time of enrollment, the sales representative, Mr. Vishwadeep, clearly assured me that the membership required a one-time payment only (payable in 12 monthly instalments) and that no annual fees would be payable by me. Based on this assurance, I joined the membership in good faith.
However, I started receiving calls demanding annual fee payments from the very next month. When I contacted the salesperson, he advised me to ignore the calls and subsequently became unresponsive. I have raised this issue multiple times with customer care.
Despite frequent follow-ups since 10-Nov-2025, no resolution has been provided. The only response repeatedly given is that “the team is looking into the matter, ” with no action or timeline.
This amounts to misrepresentation and deficiency in service. I request cancellation of the membership and a full refund of the amount paid, along with applicable compensation for harassment and inconvenience.
