Dear sir i have been a member of club mahindra from year 2006. my membership number is 250712, my name is dr.t.v.ramakrishna murty. it is very good that club mahindra is expanding and adding many new customers but has the management ever thought that in the process it has become very very difficult for any of the members to get any reservations. you ask for a resort after 4 months and you end up getting waitlisted which continues till the last day and finally from waitlist it gets cancelled. if that is so how can anyone book their travel. always it shows good chances of getting confirmed until the last day and then gets cancelled. it is good to have a strong customer base but at the cost of long term members and people who are paying their yearly subscription regularly it is for the management to decide
it is very true that many a time the executives have helped us whenever there was any issue.but of late there is a significant change of attitude. on asking a query they are asking us to go to the website. when we call someone and kept on hold for ten plus minutes we expect a decent answer at least. but the answers we get are very curt and rude. thnaks Was this information helpful? |
