Club Mahindra Holidays — not receiving response to a pending interaction | |
Hi, I had an interaction with one of the club mahindra customer care representative about 4 to 5 weeks back and still resolution for the same is pending. I have been sending multiple mails but it remains unresolved and i always get the reply 'we are working on it'. I am unable to comprehend how much more time would it take to resolve and half of my emails haven't got any response yet. I feel this as a disregard and am highly dissatisfied with club mahindra service. Staff of club mahindra only seems to be interested in customer's money and doesn't care about providing proper service to it's customers. Was this information helpful? | |

Better to stop such business if You can't handle it well.
