[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Poor customer connection

I have a booking on May 4, 2021 at Mount serene resort, Munnar, Kerala. Booking number 5086587 Voucher number RCOM190VGP But unfortunately I knew that the Resort is closed due to the lock down in Kerala. But they didn't informed about the closure of resorts with a single message or mail. When I contacted the Customer care and Resort contact, both numbers are not available.
