Club Mahindra Holidays — poor customer services and false promises | |
My father is a member of club mahindra, id - 2800941. We are facing a lot of issues with their customer service. Our point of contact is tushar malik and prashant joshi from the pitampur branch. Below are the issues we are facing: 1. They promised us ipl tickets for 2018 season, two per match (Total four tickets), but are now denying the same 2. They promised us events, such as movie screenings but in our 3-4 months with the club mahindra we have been invited for only one movie screening 3. They told us they would get our bookings done for beijing but were of no help 4. We contacted them for booking at amritsar but again they were of not much help 5. We had referred one mr. Jatin atri but now they are denying us referral benefits, which were promised earlier 6. They don't answer our calls 7. Most of the time all the resorts are booked or waitlisted 8.in our meeting, they said breakfast buffet would cost between inr 300-390 (India) but on our coorg trip we were charged more than inr 500 per person. When confronted, they said that the food prices have increased due to inflation in vegetable prices (Which is the most stupid excuse we have ever heard). Also, we have it in written that club mahindra is inflation free We want to cancel our membership and need a refund of the same. Let me know the procedure so that this can be done peacefully and we don't have to go to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |
