[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — refund for cancellation of membership

I took club mahendra membership on 30th dec 2017 and requested to cancel my membership on 3rd january 2018 as mentioned in terms and conditions if i cancel membership within 10 days i will get complete refund. Several times i have called and mailed customer care to know the status of refund but they are just saying that it's already cancelled but cannot update on status of refund. I even told my sales manager about cancellation and want to know about refund status he said it is cancelled and already in process but i had not got any refund till date not anyone ready to reply. Whenever i had mailed they mentioned they will get back to me in 24-48 hours but no one contacted me yet. I request club mahendra to refund me my money back else i will have to take actions. This is my last and final warning.:

Updated by Abhijeetbambal123 on receipt it was mentioned that i will get refund in 30 days. It's already been 30 days and not yet received refund yet. I request again to kindly process my refund soon.Thanks
