[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — refund not credited | |||
I had attended the presentation on 10th feb 2019 and the sales person had told to swipe for rs 5000/- initially and then decide, if we are not interested then the amount would be refunded. So i had to use my credit card for the swipe and received the sale copy. After a week, i had called the sales guy (+91-[protected]) and requested a refund since i was not interested to take up the membership. He took the request and after 3-4 days he said that refund was processed from club mahindra side. However, the amount has not yet got credited in my credit card account. The sales guy was out of reach, the office people have no clue and said they will get back. I have attached the sale copy as a proof that this was done. Please refund.
