[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — refund of money against cancellation of my membership id 2799336 | |||
I had taken membership of club mahindra on 14-jan-2018 from Mr. Saurav Kumar Pandey and Mr. Ashwani kumar both are the sales representatives from Pritampura brach, delhi. At the time of sales they made me some tall promises of providing various things and benefits from club mahindra and did not fulfilled it later. In the beginning itself i had started facing lots of issues from the services provided by club mahindra and finally decided to cancel my membership and initiated my refund request which got confirmed on 13-march-2018. As per the mail received by club mahindra's members relation team they will going to refund my full payment within 60 days of receiving this confirmation mail of cancellation but even after 100 days and irrespective of repeated reminders to member relation team I haven't received any cheque yet. Even they are not responding to my mails now because of which I'm ultimately suffering from mental harassment and waste of my time and money. from last 100 days Mr. Amar from the Chennai corporate office fooling me around and every time ask for some more time to refund my money. I request club mahindra to refund my money as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
