[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — refund of money against the cancellation of membership. not used a single facility of the club. | |||
This is to inform you that i took club mahindra membership in the month of july'17 but before the completion of one month my situation changed and i decided to cancel my membership. I immediately informed the company and requested to refund my money as i had not availed any of its facilities. The company is denying giving reason that its against its policy. Representative from club Mahindra had called but they denied the refund of my money
They say its against the company's policy. but in my case I have not used a single facility of the club then how can they deny .
I had requested the cancellation of my membership before the completion of one month so it is my right to ask for the refund of my hard earned money. Club Mahindra Holidays customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
