[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — regarding refund for cancellation of membership | |||||
We had started club mahindra membership in november 2017 and requested for cancellation in the first week of december 2017 because o[censored]nsatisfied and untrusted behavior shown by their executive, including false promises. The cancellation confirmation was done on 29 december 2017 with a time period that the refund process will take 90 days to process. During that time i kept on asking them at regular intervals and they kept on telling me to wait till the period end i. E 29th march 2018. I trusted them and waited for that period but as the period end they had given me another deadline of 24th april which exceeds their 90 days policy of refund but they called me and requested that kindly don't complaint as definitely you will get your refund back till then. But today is 24th april and still there is no sign of return. I want my refund back of first installment for membership id 2787302 asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||
