Club Mahindra Holidays — request of cancellation of club mahindra[protected] poor response and cheating

Hi,

I have raised a request for cancellation of club mahindar - 2869357 on 1 Jun 2019 and received confirmation mail form club mahindra ..

Till now i have not received mail nor phone call on the cancellation, till now i have raised 5 times call back request ..none of the call i have received ..

Really i am not happy way they are handlng the customer and refund of Rs.31, 530/-

Reason : At time of taking membership the annual fees of 15, 000 + every year it was not discussed and agreed.

It was said that it includes all in package but it not the case ..

So I have decided to cancel the membership .

Please process for cancellation.
