Club Mahindra Holidays — Resort Credit Voucher Related

1) Resort Credit Vouchers that I have are not utilitzed by them in fair manner. They want to keep it hidden so that if customer forgets about it, the voucher can get expired. Even on an email request to extend the validity, Club Mahindra team refused to extend the vaidity of these vouchers. Raised it on their escalation levels. the L3 level escalation should have responded in 3 working days. But after 8 working days and reminders they have not responded. They do not even give proper ticket number and tracking of ticket status for customers

2) My communication adress was showing incorrect on Invoice for yearly charges. However on website it was showing correctly. On being asked why so, there is no answer. Also asked to confirm if they have now updated by address in all possible databases, they are silent about it for 2 weeks now. Initial Issue sent to them on May 24 2022.
