[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — still not refunded the amount paid for membership in full as promised

This is with reference to your club mahindra member id - 2782053.

We confirm you that your cancellation request has been raised in the system & your contract would get cancelled within 60 days. We would also like to inform you that your full refund would also get processed within the same tenure.

We sincerely regret that we were unable to retain you as our valuable member, but we are confident that at some point you will give us an opportunity to showcase our service standards & regain your confidence.

This is the mail i received. Timeline is nearing deadline on 11th december 2017. No response from club mahindra despite repeated mails.
Don't understand why they take so much time to refund my own money.

I have sent multiple mails to know the status of the full refund against the withdrawal of application for membership with club mahindra.
On calling Club Mahindra office today, I had a talk with Mr Parikshit, who told me that my refund process is delayed.
I have asked him to escalate my process and adhere to the promised deadline that is 11th December.
I am also escalating this case to consumers forum as a part of irresponsible behaviour and cheating on behalf of club mahindra.
Please mention me the EXACT DATE as when I recieve the refund.

Today I received a call from Mr Sheikh Salim that my refund will take more 30 days to be processed.
I don't understand the failure to adhere to the promised timeline over mail of 60 days .
Why the delay to refund my own money.
Please take it as a official denial to allow 30 more days to get back my money.
I have already waited for 2 months.
I don't want to understand or hear any failure issues of your finance department to process my refund.Those are your internal issues and you cannot make customer suffer because of that.
The credibility of club mahindra is highly questionable and I will advice everyone against it.

Club mahindra is not keeping up to the promised timeline of the refund.
Making multiple excuses like lapse on part of finance department. The customer is not interested in knowing about their lapses but only interested in getting their issues resolved.
With so much lapses their registration as holiday group is questionable.
Above is the recent mail put by me to member relations club mahindra OFFICIALLY DENYING MORE TIME to resolve my issue and credit back the refund amount to my debit card which was used to pay the amount.
I assume 60 days waiting period is more than sufficient time to get my own money back . This timeline as promised on 12th October and will be over on 11th December that is after 4 days

Today was the last day of reciept of full refund from club mahindra as per their mail on 12 October. No response as yet
