Hi,
I was sold the cm membership in october last year with the understanding that i will be able to get reasonable days of accommodation during off season with my membership level (Blue). I was also given the complementary stay for 5 days to try out the services and resorts. However after becoming member and paying 45000 in down payment and emi i am not able to get the desired reservation even during off season for complementary stay nor i am allowed to cancel the membership even though i haven't used any of their services.
The customer service is very frustrating and is just doing the lip service.
I have requested them to cancel my membership and provide my money back as soon as possible however they are reluctant to do so saying i have crossed the stipulated period to cancel the membership. How do i know the quality of service to decide my continuation until i use it? Their policy is not customer friendly. Pls help... Was this information helpful? |
