[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — unable to redeem 2n/3d free gift voucher as there is no vacancy | |||||
I got a call from club mahindra executive in oct '17 inviting me to attend a presentation and was promised complimentary 2n/3d stay at any club mahindra resort in india if i attended. I attended the presentation and was given a 2n/3d free gift voucher. After going through the free gift voucher, i realized that it is valid at selected resorts and not all resorts. Also, validity of voucher is 6 months only and booking during certain dates (Peak season) are not allowed. After registering on club mahindra website, when i tried to redeem the voucher, i found that i am unable to book 2 continuous nights at any resort as there is no vacancy for next 4 months for which booking is opened/allowed. I sent a mail to [protected]@clubmahindra.com with details of problem being faced by me. Rather than addressing the real issue, i got a standard reply from one ms. Srishti singh informing procedure to book holidays which in any case i am already aware of. If club mahindra is not in a position to provide accommodation, why are they issuing free gift vouchers?
