On confirmation received from customer executive that the rooms are available from 10th to 17th december, i made advance payment towards asf for the holidays credits. However, now i was told that rooms are not available for the particular dates. Thought i am told that the matter would be considered, i would like to inform that i have my flight bookings done and i am travelling with my parents who are senior citizens.
Request your interference with respect to my bookings as i am highly counting on hotel bookings at the park in association with the club mahindra.
I am very happy and satisfied member (Membership no. 2681055) of club matundra and rely on hotel bookings from you when it comes to travelling. Request you to once again please cooperate and extend all possible support to me in terms of confirming my stay at singapore.
