Hi i m lovi bansal from mbd. Last time i visit nainital on 14th feb. We meet mahesh kumer on ccd. He insist us for a membership. We gave him 11thousand rupees advance. But there are some problems that s why we can't take new membership. We continuously contact with mahesh kumer but he always give us date but not return our money. We want our money return.

I Madhurima Dad went for cancellation of a plan and asked for refund of money.They told that it will be refunded within 60 days but to my utter dismay refund was not made even after 75 days and to my surprise EMI amount was charged to my credit card even after submission of cancellation request.

    Hello this is arul vaanan... As i got call from club mahindra that my number is selected for 3 days and 2 nights stay at club mahindra and they are going to conduct a presentation at hotel annamalai pondicherry on october 10 2017. A lady spoke to me and got all my details. She asked about my carrier and family and no. Of cars owned. At first i thought it was a spam call. But my colleague told it is not spam or fake call... Its a real one... My colleague is a member in club mahindra it seems... On behalf of his words i attended the camp at annamalai pondicherry. After a hour of presentation they received my details and email and promised that they will send the voucher in mail. But still i didn't receive the voucher. As a month passed i didn't receive the voucher.

      मैं अपना पैसा वापस चाहता हूं।मैं अपनी mebership खत्म करना चाहता हु।आपके कर्मचारियों ने मुझे धोखा दिया है।मैंने पहले दिन 7200 का भुगतान किया।अगले दिन मैंने बोला कि मुझे membership नहीं लेनी तो वो बोले कि टोटल फीस का 10% जमा कर दीजिए तो आपकी mambership id आ जायेगी। फिर उसके बाद ही आपका पैसा वापस आ पायेगा।तो मैंने बाकी का पैसा 30k भी जमा कर दिया।फिर वो बोले कि हम कुछ नही कर सकते, पैसा वापस नही होता।वो बोले कि हम यहां पैसा वापस करने को नही बैठे।कंपनी हमे पैसा जमा कराने की सैलरी देती है वापस करने का नही।आप जाइये।जबकि आपकी कंपनी की confirmation call में भी मैंने membeship नहीं लेने को कहा था और उसके बाद भी मेरा पैसा मुझे वापस करने का कोई मैसेज भी नही आया।
      Pls मेरा पैसा मुझे वापस करवा दीजिये अन्यथा की स्थिति में मुझे consumer forum में जाना पड़ेगा

      यहां पर मुझे सिर्फ बेवकूफ बनाया जा रहा है।म
      मैंने membership न लेने के लिए confermation call में भी मना कर दिया था कि मुझे membership नहीं लेनी ओर मुझे मेरा पैसा वापस चाहिए।मेरी complaint पर कोई काम नहीं हो रहा।उल्टा कल 16 nov2017 को मेरे पास membership kit भेझ दी गई है।अगर मेरा पैसा वापस न किया गया तो मुझे मजबूरी में consumer forum में जाना पड़ेगा।

        My club mahindra membership i'd is 2786710.

        After i took this membership i realized that i'll have to pay asf annually till 25 years whether i go for vacations or not and this was not at all informed to me by the representative of club mahindra.

        The very next day i gave my requisite documents to mr. Saurabh kumar at club mahindra office at hazratganj, lucknow and he had assured me that he'll get the cancellation done as there are 10 days of free look but now he's not responding to my calls.

        You are requested to look into the issue and refund my entire amount as soon as possible.

          I signed membership in 30.06.2017 they said membership cost is fixed and its not going to increase at any cost but after 2 emi i received email that my emi is increased due to tds.
          Any time i try to book some room all resort all rooms are full so its totally waste of money and cheating people.
          After i said i want to cancel my membership they wont care about it no one saying anything about cancellation.
          I complaint via phone call and mail still no replay from club mahindra.

          Why u r taking 60 to 90 working days to refund my money I thought 6 to 9 days . I paid on 30.06.2017 now (15.11.2017) it's nearly 5 months again u ask me to wait for 4 months totally 9 months ????? I can't wait that much time . Refund my money immediately .

            unable to redeem 2n/3d free gift voucher as there is no vacancy

            I got a call from club mahindra executive in oct '17 inviting me to attend a presentation and was promised complimentary 2n/3d stay at any club mahindra resort in india if i attended. I attended the presentation and was given a 2n/3d free gift voucher.

            After going through the free gift voucher, i realized that it is valid at selected resorts and not all resorts. Also, validity of voucher is 6 months only and booking during...

            It’s around 4 months and i have paid more then 90000 thousands rs because u auto debit from my account, i requested ur staff to cancel my membership.

            Should i have to take any legal action or any other option i have?
            I m mentally harnessing by this company.

              We were called fr a meeting from club mahindra - the big cheats - to discuss about membership and on the phone we were promised a free stay voucher if we attended it. - regardless of whether we take membership or not. It’s been more than 2 weeks and there’s no sign of the voucher. We were actually contemplating taking a time share, but looking at this cheating attitude what is the guarantee that ull not cheat me of the “so called offers” after i take membership too?? Why did you guys waste our precious time and promise us something which you were not going to fulfil

                Dear all, my self tarak gajjar with membership id 2768281. I am a new member to club mahindra holidays. I became member before 4 months. At the time of taking membership i had clearly informed my requirement of going on vacation in diwali holidays only as these is the only time when i have holidays... I have asked him to give membership accordingly. He informed me that red membership is perfect for your requirement. Fruther i asked him weather there are any other higher memebership than red... He said there is purple membership and in that there is only one extra benefit of having holidays in christmas and other members and not allowed for christmas else than purple membership. As i had requirement of holidays in diwali, on basis of his explanation i took red membership. After two months when i checked website of club mahindra for booking holidays in diwali, i found in diwali also only purple members are allowed to go on vacation. I immediately ask mr. Dipak mishra sales representative who has given me membership and informed him. He said that he will check and confirm. After a day he called ma and said that company is changing there policy and because of that this has happened. I was surprised called 5 to 7 times on there toll free complaint no. But all in vein. Till today i have not received any satisfactory reply from them. I have paid four installment and one down payment. Today is installment day and i have not honored there installment hence this months installment will be unpaid and will only pay if they will give proper satisfactory solution. I am expecting that they should give what they have confirmed at the time of taking membership.

                  I discontinued my membership with club mahindra holidays on january 2016. For couple of week club mahindra representatives were giving call to activate my membership again. I denied to them.

                  When i discontinued my membership, at the point of time they have send the closure mail. Due to their booking methodology and the way the handle their customer i then decided not to continue (I had already paid 98 thousands to them).

                  Today on 7th of november 2017, after a span of almost two years, they again deducted ₹ 8, 468 from my account. This is pure cheating from club mahindra. Now i will be going to consumer forum for further action.

                    I have attended promotional event by club mahindra at ahmedabad. After the promotional event, club mahindra offered gift voucher of 2 nights 3 days stay at any resort. But whenever i try to book the resort, i can not find a single room anywhere. How is it possible?
                    What is the point of giving non-redeemable voucher? I am very much frustrated with the experience.

                      Hi, I am Sandeep Kumar co member in Club Mahindra package with membership ID 2752394. Me and my brother Girish Kumar earlier had a Zest Mahindra holiday membership for which annual maintenance charges were not paid for 3 years and membership was not in use. The Club Mahindra team approached us and convinced us to convert the Zest package to Club package with additional charges. They transferred some part of the Zest amount which we had paid to Club package and we too accepted as it was attractive..They made us pay INR 40000 as down payment and converted the rest into EMI if 8700 for 36 months. We did pay the first EMI but later found it difficult as we got hit by financial crisis and hence stopped from 2nd month without even using a single benefit from company. And then informed Club Mahindra thru call as well as email that we want to cancel the membership. We were expecting that since we had not used the benefits, at least the down payment would be returned but Club team told us that this is not possible as per their policy. Now this was never explained to us and secondly it doesn't make any sense. We just either need the down payment IAO 40000 back or transfer the down payment and EMI back to our Zest membership and make that active so that we can use it or the last option is to provide us with free packages or night worth 40000.

                      This is still not resolved...though I have mentioned everything clearly, Club Mahindra has been calling me and asking about the same again n again and just saying that we will review and get back which has never happen...pls resolve this issue in the next 2 days...

                      This issue is NOT at all resolved I don't know how Club Mahindra is marking this as resolved. I haven't got a single penny from company nor not beneficial to me has been discussed on the call as well

                        I booked a two night stay in club mahindra varca, goa. I was hoping i get to explore goa during my stay, but i realised on the day of check in that hotel doesn’t welcome guests if they hire a taxi from a 3rd party apart from the hotel run taxi union. This is purely daylight taxi lobbying to lure the money from customers. I decided not to stay in the hotel and asked the hotel staff to cancel my reservation, but it looks like it hasn’t happened and i have been asked to pay 3000 rupees

I was intrested in ur purple membership and show d intrest on ur internet site then someone call me and fix meeting vid ur sales executive. He shortly explain me regarding membership den ibtold him i vil think den call u bt he said dere s offer today give rs 20000 and block membership u can take after discussion vid family. I do same and give him payment through debit card. After one day i check d feed back on internet but dat was very negative so idecided to not take membership and share feedback vid ur sales executive via whatsapp. He said ve vil not return ur rs 20000 till u not come ma office. I asked his senior number bt he dint gave n misbehave with me

                            Hello team,

                            This is really frustrating to write an email about one of the worst company i have delt with till now.

                            I had taken club mahindra membership (Blue) in oct 2015 and i had to move to australia in march 2016.

                            Till today i have not been able to utilise any of the offer received as joining bonus (So called)

                            I am regularly paying asf charges from last 2 yrs.

                            I am regularly paying club mahindra emi's till date.

                            I have no plans to come down to india in next 3-5 yrs and i am sure that i am wasting my money on such a bad product / company which was not even able to provide "ok" service to it;s customers.

                            I would appriciate if you cancel my membership & refund my money after deducting "documentation" charges.

                            If any of your company member has gut to speak to me;feel free to call me.

                            I am in the process of filing customer suit againest you in the meanwhile to make people aware that how this bad company / product is fooling people.

                              After being member of club mahindra i personally feel that, club mahindra
                              People ignore you once there purpose is solved of you enrolling or
                              Upgrading. Once you pay them then they behave like who you are??

                              I have to go for holiday i in upcoming 5th to 8th december. I have been
                              Mailing and calling them for so many times but no reply or answering call

                              Taking their membership at all. They will cheat you and ignore you always.

                              Further i request you to cancel my club mahindra membership and return my
                              Valuable money to me. I hope your company will not force me to go to
                              Consumer court against your company.

                              It is really disappointing to associate with mathidra club. I dont know how
                              Your company will take this feedback. But being a vise president of a
                              Company, i think action on feedback is backbone of success of a company.

                                Dear club mahindra,
                                I have subscribe the membership around 150 days ago. After subscribing the membership next day i requested a refund which is very much in 90 day refund policy. I have also got the confirmation from your office that your money will be refunded within 90 days. I have email all the refund document with receipt and also hard copy mail via registed post to your chennai office and got the received signiture and confirmation.

                                After 150 days of daily follow-up with email and number of phone calls, visit to local office, all i got is "we will refund your money" but after 150 days my membership money is not refund which is around rs. 27000/- so request you to please refund my money as soon as possible. This is very frastating and as per the various other customer which has same experience that once club mahindra takes your money they will not refund in any condition and you will have to fight it though consumer court?

                                So again my humble request to refund my money

                                As per the earlier discussion after posting this above complaint on comsumercomplaints.in, you guys has committed to refund the money within 15 working days. Now I have believe on your statement and waited for it but still I don't see my hard earned money refunded.. Why the held up for more than 6 month to refund the customer money. What you guys are going to do with it. This is my hard earned money and I need refund ASAP.

                                If you guys don't want to return the money, will fight in consumer court. I will not let my money eaten by you, not even single penny.

                                  I am v krishnakumar. I got continuous call from one mr. Rahul ([protected]) to attend the mahindra holidays promotional campaign held @ hotel hilton, chennai. They kept on giving pressure to attend with family and promised me the holiday free voucher. I attended the campaign with my wife on 15th oct 2017.in the campaign they gave pressure to buy the vacation for 25 years. We refused to buy. They were disappointed and did not give us the free voucher and when we asked for it, they told that it would be sent through email. When i called mr. Rahul, his number never picked up or he gave some excuses. Finally after 10 to 15 calls, he told that we have to attend the programme again to get the voucher. We came to know that we were fooled and we spent our valuable time of more than 3 to 4 hours. Appropriate action to be taken against the company club mahindra holidays and also, they have to give me the free voucher.

                                    I attended whole presentation in june 2017 trying to book my holiday since september till date couldn't book.. Sometimes they tell to download app.. When i downloaded no continuous 2 nights stay was available in near distance.. And now they told don't download app book directly from our website.. Tried 1000 tomes but they are asking for member id.. We are not members... And customer care is always busy... Real mental torture and wastage of time... Pls don't attend presentation plsssss

                                      We have club mahindra holidays membership since 1 august 2010, membership number 1664041.

                                      We are extremely unhappy that my cancellation of my goa holiday was not updated at all and they are not giving refund to us despite it is their technical fault. We don't recommend at all to go. For this membership to anyone they are not at all supportive.

                                      Pls help us having recredit of our days as well as discontinuing the membership.
