Club Mahindra Holidays — Urgent Complaint Regarding Miscommitments and Request for Refund/Resolution Member ID: 3051148

Am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding my membership with Club Mahindra, purchased on September 24, 2024, through your sales representative, Mr. Bal Kishan.

At the time of sale, Mr. Bal Kishan made several verbal commitments that were later found to be false and misleading. These included:

An incorrect number of nights being promised under the membership plan,

Misleading information about the redemption of Club Mahindra points,

A false commitment that two years of Annual Subscription Fees (ASF) would be waived.

Upon realizing the discrepancies, I personally visited your Jalandhar branch (Nirmal Complex, E.H 198, GT Road, Civil Lines, Punjab 144001) to seek clarification and resolution. There, I was assured by Mr. Shashank, the branch manager at the time, that Club Mahindra would honor the commitment by waiving two years of ASF.

After a month of follow-up with no resolution, I was informed that Mr. Shashank was no longer with the company. I then spoke with Mr. Akshay, who acknowledged the issue but stated he could only process a waiver for one year—which, again, never happened.

Let me clearly state: Mr. Bal Kishan, Mr. Shashank, and Mr. Akshay were your employees at the time of sale and subsequent follow-ups. If they have since left the company or were removed, that is not the customer’s concern or responsibility. Our decision to purchase the membership was based on trust in Club Mahindra as a brand, not on individual employees.

Furthermore, we have all necessary proof of these false commitments, including written documents, brochures, signed papers, and voice recordings of discussions with your representatives. We are fully prepared to present these as evidence in any legal or consumer forum if needed.

This situation has caused considerable mental stress and disappointment. We feel misled and harassed by the company’s lack of ownership and failure to uphold its commitments.

I request that Club Mahindra take immediate corrective action by:

Honoring the full two-year waiver of ASF as committed, or

Issuing a full refund of the membership amount due to misrepresentation at the time of sale.
