[Resolved]  Club Mahindra Holidays — Useless Member Experience staff

Even after sharing complaint details to Club Mahindra and asking them not to try calling me, they do not act on the complaint. Instead, they call customer tendering bogus apologies.

It is due to such poor work by Member Experience staff, issues at resorts never get addressed.

"We would like to discuss about your query on a call and would like to request you to let us know a convenient date and time when we can reach you. Also, kindly advise if there is an alternate number on which we may reach you as well.
