I have booked a 1BR in Club Mahindra, Kandhaghat, Shimla on the dates 21st to 24th of June.
I booked it before 13th of June and its still on waitlist. When will I get a confirmation whether I will get the room or not as:
1. I need at least a day or two of buffer time to leave for my vacation.
2. I will look forward to another hotel for my trip if you are incapable of providing one to your member.
The hotel is available on other travel websites, which rather seems absurd and seems you are willing to provide other more than your members.

Updated by Kushagra Kandpal Yet no communication attempt except for this message, Are you planning on solving it as my booked holiday is of 21st, which is two days from today ?
If I don't get a response I will definitely forfeit my membership and will definitely not recommend it to others, didn't quiet like your customer service, I had one query for which I even called your customer service number, yet never was connected to an official in 15 minutes.
Poor will be my remarks.
