Sir, i am a new member of club mahindra my name is rajnish n my id no. Is 2871000 I take these membership on 23 may . But on 25 I decided to quit the reason is some personal n money issue I have contact to them on 28 may n mail them for cancel . They replied it will happen in 15 days . Yet it 20 days over I m trying to contact them regularly but they didn't take any action on my cancellation . I am a shopkeeper n i have lot of things on my shop to do. So i can't engaged all time with this . So sir pls it's humble request to you please cancel my membership n refund my money. Me n my family will be thank ful to you.

    Sir,
    On 11-JAN-2019, I Rajendra Kumar Chauhan got a call from one of your sales / marketing executive Mr. Shabi Abbas saying that I have been selected for a draw and will get an offer for Club mahindra membership package and he called me at Hotel Shankar Palace, Ajmer Road, Beawar (305901), Rajasthan. I went there with my wife.

    There he (Mr. Shabi Abbas) guided us very well about the membership scheme of 25 yrs whose Membership fees is Rs. 390000/- for 25 yrs. After got all the information we explained we can't afford this huge membership amount, at that time Mr. Shabi Abbas explained us another scheme of 10 years (named as Blue Studio package) whose membership fees was Rs. 190000/-for 10 yrs and he said just try 10 nights and 11 days holiday trial and if you don’t like our service then you can opt out/cancel your membership and the money will be refunded within 1 month and now you just have to pay the down payment of Rs. 28, 500/- and rest will be paid in EMI.

    I listened to his offer and was agreed to buy the club mahindra membership in name of my wife Mrs. Jyoti Chauhan. I selected Blue Studio package at an offer price of Rs. 1, 90, 000/- for 10 years membership and paid down payment of 28, 500/- and rest to be paid in an EMI of Rs.5638/- in 36 months.
    The membership form was filled and signed in name of Mrs. Jyoti Chauhan w/o Mr. Rajendra Kumar Chauhan and I have paid the down payment of Rs.28, 500/- from State Bank of India debit card in name of Mr. Rajendra Kumar Chauhan and also gave 3 Advance cheque of Axis bank account on the same day i.e. on 11-Jan-19.

    Due to some unavoidable circumstances I have to cancel this membership so I called Mr. Shabi Abas on very next day i.e. On 12-Jan -19 to cancel the membership request and to refund the down payment, 3 cheques and KYC documents which I have provided. Mr. Shabi Abas told me that all the forms and documents will be sent to Club Mahindra Head office and I will get a confirmation call, at that time I have to cancel my membership request. After that I will get my refund back. I have also received my membership ID as 2852095 on[protected].
    Then I got the call after 10 days and at time i told the executive to cancel my membership, then the executive said that i have registered your cancellation request and within 90 days from today i.e. On[protected], you will get your refund back. I also emailed them for the cancellation request on the same day.

    After that i am continuously following up with the customer care and Till now i have made almost 15-20 call to their customer care and also emailed them many times but every time they say we are working on your request, you will get your refund by MAY 2019 last.
    Its been more than 6 months but still they have not refunded my money so i have decided to take legal action against the company and sue you in the court for such an unprofessional organization which runs on false commitments.

      Please Refund my Down Payment as early as possible.
      I have visited your Club Mahindra, Emerald Palms Pedda VARCA Salcet, Goa resort on 12.04.2019 based on call received from your agent for free coupons. After visiting your resorts agent told us to see some videos for information and after that asking for membership of club mahindra on the spot which is not feasible for us. But after discussion we have decided to be your member so paid initial down payment of Rs 28500/- instantly. After viewing review of your resorts & arrangement next day, we are very disappointed and decided to stop your membership immediately. I have written a letter to your chennai office and register my complaint after a month i have received call from Miss. Heena that she will be revert this down payment. And it is very strange to note that without any document your people from Resorts not respond me over this issue for one month. After getting promise from Heena the person name Miss.Juela from Emerlad Palms resorts, Goa send me message on 7th MAY and asking my account no to revert this payment within 35-45 days.(Too much of time).
      But today 41th Day is running after her promise on 7th May and she didn't replay on my messages about repayment.
      This is totaly disapointed service from you and from that time me & my friend group hate Club Mahindra and Mahindra also.
      KINDLY REVERT MY AMOUNT EARLY WHICH IS USING BY YOU SINCE LAST TWO MONTHS.

        I booked it before 13th of June and its still on waitlist. When will I get a confirmation whether I will get the room or not as:
        1. I need at least a day or two of buffer time to leave for my vacation.
        2. I will look forward to another hotel for my trip if you are incapable of providing one to your member.

        I have raised a request for cancellation of club mahindar - 2869357 on 1 Jun 2019 and received confirmation mail form club mahindra ..

        Till now i have not received mail nor phone call on the cancellation, till now i have raised 5 times call back request ..none of the call i have received ..

        Really i am not happy way they are handlng the customer and refund of Rs.31, 530/-

          I booked rooms in Kanatal resorts for dates 25th to 28th June (ID[protected]. The rooms are showing as waitlisted with no signs of any confirmation while the rooms are available on other sites like make my trip, go ibibo and other travel sites. Why is it not available for the members like me who have paid the full amount with yearly ASF when the rooms are clearly vacant. This is a serious fraud from your side aimed only at taking our money but not providing us rooms when needed

            Club Mahindra Holiday Resort looks good name but I had a worst experience . I was planning to give some gift on my father birthday and find Mahindra club holiday as a good option. I had been called by one of the sales executive about lucrative offers which Mahindra Holiday resorts India is offering.

            The sales executive promises discount, 5k meal voucher, 2 day complimentary night at any resort and no charges for immediate family member. He also told me that you need to pay Annual charges after a year.

            They gave me cash discount and told me that the meal voucher will come along with membership card. I haven't received the meal voucher with the member ship card. Moreover Annual charges and family charges things were false.

            When I contacted the sale execute about the same, he keeps saying that it will be done in a 2 weeks time. I am following with him from last 6 months.
            I have also contacted them multiple time for complimentary stay but every time he give some accuse and never filled up his promise.

            He has stopped picking my phone from last 2 months. I raised this issue to their customer care multiple times. These guys told me these are common complaints that we receive and nothing much can be done.

            They told me that they have forwarded the complaint to concern department and they will contact me. I am following them with last three weeks and no body has called me.

            My only suggestion to the viewer here is that they are not transparent and consistent in their delivery/promises, so please be aware.

            Saffna Mani from club Mahendra called me and we had discussion multiple times. She told me that the food coupon point are already mentioned in the form but somehow they missed to add. They have also resolved the other issue as well and I also agree to leave couple of things that was promised.

            Finally I got call from the Club Mahendra. Thanks Saffna Mani (Club Mahendra) to understand the issue and resolve it in couple of days. The issue may have been resolved if someone had called earlier.

              I have never seen such an unprofessional organisation which runs on false commitments.

              Your Club Mahindra Marketing Team misguided us made wrong commitments with me. When I received a call for online registration, I found that all the information / scheme given by club Mahindra executives is not matching with the information given on my web login.

              On 24th March, 19, I, Jvalant Pandya and my wife Jenika Pandya attend event at Hotel Radisson Blu, Panchvati circle, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad at 2.00pm our reporting time and Invitee person :Amit Rana and my code is-AR and contact number-[protected] given by you.

              When was attending event two person's guided us Mr.Shukla-[protected] & Mr.Rushiraj-[protected], they guide us very well about the membership scheme of 10 yrs and 25 yrs. Membership fees is 190000/-for 10 yrs and 390000/-for 25 yrs. After got the all information we explained we can't afford these huge membership amount, that time Mr.Rushirah-Manager gave us one extra scheme of 10 nights and 11 days only in 28500/-rs.That time we can't afford this amount instant because of we have only 15000/- balance in account and they get agree to pay remaining amount paid after one month's. Mr.Rushiraj told we can use this 10 night anywhere in india at anytime.

              On 24th, March'19 we had paid 15000/-rs.payment by my debit card and it's ref no.PRCR/20192207/[protected]/[protected] and another payment of Rs.13500/-paid by cash.Now at present not shown any days in my id and your team demanding emi of 5638/-rs.which was not possible to pay.

              Kindly request you to credit my 28500/-rs in my below bank account on most priority basis, we are not interested in these kind of fraud membership.

              I it is my humble request to please refund all of my money given to club Mahindra holidays.

                I have paid 27K for joining club Mahindra but a day after I received call where club Mahindra agents revealed about there yearly charges and other charges which they didn't mention at the initial time. I feel cheated and mailed them to cancel my membership and refund the amount.
                after 4 months I received a total of 5k only. I want an explanation to this as well want my remaining amount back asap.

                  I had made a downpayment of Rs. 28030.00 towards my membership in Club Mahindra ID 2849801 dated 24/12/2018 (customer copy receipt attached).

                  I have applied for the cancellation for my membership on 1st Jan 2019 and requested for a full refund.

                  I was supposed to get my full refund within 90 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). It has already been well past 90 days. Despite numerous emails and calls to the customer care, Club Mahindra is acting irresponsible and delaying the payment of my full-refund.

                    My name is Shanu Kumar Aggarwal. I am a Chartered Accountants and working in MNC. Club Mahindra did fraud with me. I am chasing Club Mahindra since last 15 days on member experience but I am not getting any response. Even I have written various email so far to member experience and CEO ( Mr. Kavinder Singh) in this reference but they are not providing me solutions. Club Mahindra did fake commitment at the time of selling membership and kept my hard earn money. When I asked on Member experience if you can not fulfil your commitment made by sales representative that return my money back so that I can plan personally holidays for my kids vacation. They didn't response so far to me. I am really unhappy and upset. Club Mahindra is doing harassment and kept my hard earn money. Club Mahindra has spoiled whole vacation of my kids. I will proceed for legal action against company for the cheating and fraud if Club Mahindra didn't return my hard earn money back. I am surprise that a listed company can do fraud. I am writing full details of case below:

                    Club Mahindra Membership sold by Club Mahindra Sales person ( Mr. Rahul Singh, Mobile No. +91 [protected], WhatsApp No. +91 [protected]) on 18th May 2019 in an event organized by Club Mahindra team in Gurgaon at Infinity Honda Showroom ( Sohna Road). The event was organized to provide a free vouchers of 2N/3D in Club Mahindra resorts but I bought Club Mahindra membership on the basis of offered provided to me by Rahul Singh.

                    Rahul Singh had explained 10 year and 25 years plan with option of Purple, Red, White and Blue season. I was not convinced with the Club Mahindra plan. Then he offered me an attractive plan with 25 years membership with option of white season and studio apartment. The below plan was explained to me:

                    1. 7N/8D in CMH Resorts Complimentary
                    2. 7N/8D in RCI Hotels Complimentary
                    3. 4 vouchers of 2N/3D
                    4. Food Vouchers of INR 7, 000/-
                    5. Yatra Voucher of INR 6, 000/-
                    6. Cash Back of INR 4, 500/- ( will be redeemed from Down Payment)
                    7. Book my Show Voucher of INR 2, 000

                    He also offered me that I can enjoy 6N/7D immediately using my 3 vouchers ( as mentioned in above point No. 3) as member in studio apartment of Club Mahindra Resorts after making down payment. He made the below plan for me for these 6N/7D:

                    1. Naldehra- 26th & 27th May 2019
                    2. Mashobra- 28th & 29th May 2019
                    3. Kandaghat- 30th & 31st May 2019

                    Club Mahindra will also provide me pick and drop facility from Chandigarh to Naldehra resorts, Naldehra resorts to Mashobra resorts, Mashobra resorts to Kandaghat resorts and Kandaghat resorts to Chandigarh drop at the end of trip.

                    I was convinced with above plan and asked to explain payment plan.

                    Further, he explained me about the payment plan. He told me the total amount would be payable of INR 443, 400/- for 25 years membership with option of white season and studio apartment. This payment schedule would be follow as per below line:

                    1. 10 % Down Payment after deducting Cash Back ( as offered in above Point No.6) ( INR 44, 340- INR 4, 500= INR 39, 840)
                    2. Three Post dated Cheques of INR 11, 309/- dated 07th July 2019, 7th August 2019 and 7th September 2019.
                    3. Further, No need to pay till 2 years. Rest EMI would be started after 2 years in a gap of 6 months but would be cover in 48 months ( 4 years) for rest amount after my satisfaction with Club Mahindra service and experience.
                    4. No need to pay anything rest.

                    After the detailed discussion, I decided to purchase Club Mahindra membership and paid Down Payment of INR 39, 840/- immediately. He filled a form No. ( JAN/2019/25YRS/250561) and given me member copy.

                    He asked me to provide copy of my PAN, copy of Aadhar of myself & my wife and three post dated Cheques of INR 11, 309. I immediately given my copy of PAN and forwarded copy of Aadhar of his Whatsup No. ( as mentioned above). I requested to him to collect 3 Posted Dated Cheques from my office on Monday on 20th May 2019. He sent his person Mr. Anas ( Mob: +91 [protected]) to collect the Cheques on Monday. I did handover three Cheques ( Cheque No. 216461, 216462 & 216463 of my Citi Bank Account dated 7th July 2019, 7th August 2019 & 7th September 2019 respectively) to his person.

                    After that I called him to ask about my membership and trip plan. He assured me booking and membership would be completed in a day but I didn't receive any details. I was continuously chasing to him. He was not picking my calls so I started to chase him on his Whatsapp No. but didn't get any response. He was writing every time on Whatsapp that I am out of Delhi. I understand that there might be any challenges in his side and not able to do bookings. I asked him about it and he explained me " Sir I m trying but availability nhi mil rhi h..June me aap plan kar lo pls" on Whatsapp.

                    So I rescheduled my plan as per below and sent to Mr. Rahul Singh:

                    1. Naldehra- 23rd & 24th June 2019
                    2. Mashobra- 25th & 26th June 2019
                    3. Kandaghat- 27th & 28th June 2019

                    On 25th May, I received a message from Club Mahindra regarding my membership no. generated ( Member ID 2870835) on my registered mobile no . I did login using this Member ID on Club Mahindra website. I asked about to complete few details and agree/disagree with filled up detailed. I noticed that details which was filled over there doesn't match with the plan as explained to me. I called to member experience on 27th May 2019 on [protected] regarding to correct the details. Mr. Jafar ( Holiday adviser) of Club Mahindra spoke with me. I explained him about the discussion with Mr. Rahul and asked to correct the details & provide me the positive solutions. He said that he can't do booking till membership get activated. I asked him to please correct the details first then I can agree with all filled up column. He asked to me write email to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com with mentioning all promised done by sales person.

                    I had attached below documents as a proof which were self explanatory to clarify you about the discussion with Club Mahinda Sales Person:

                    1. Copy of paper ( in Mr. Rahul Singh's hand writing) on which offer was explained.
                    2. Copy of payment slip of INR 39, 840/- ( after adjustment of Cash back of INR 4, 500/-).
                    3. Member Copy of Form where also mentioned about Food Vouchers of INR 7, 000/-, Yatra Vouchers of INR 6, 000/-, 7N/8D in CMH and 7N/8D in RCI.
                    4. Email from Rahul singh where he mentioned about down payment and 3 EMI which has already been collected through post dated Cheques.

                    I have email all details to member experience and called various time but neither they are providing me solutions nor they returning my money back.
                    They always said that we are forwarding your complaint to our Mumbai complaint department and you will be getting call from complaint department. I didn't receive any call from complaint department of Club Mahindra as well. It appears that all Club Mahindra teams are involved in this scam.

                      I have joined clubmhindra in month of March 25 /2019 in Sethi regedecy Abohar by receiving a call from clubmhindra under a member named Somnath contact no [protected], who guide us about membership and said that by paying a single amount of 32840 I will became member of clubmhindra.so I joined, but I wonder when I received two calls from clubmhindra for payment of due amount of EMI 11069 because that person Somnath didn't told me about this EMI system that I have to pay EMI after 32840. He told only about single payment of 32840. When I received first call from clubmhindra for EMI payment I called Somnath he and told him about this he said I m out of Punjab I can't talk.and after that he didn't receive a single call of my.I am very disappointed by this inconvenience that how members of your company how make fool people by false guiding.So now I want to cancel my membership from clubmhindra and refund my amount of 32840 my membership id is 2862252.My contact no and email id are [protected], er.[protected]@gmail.com

                        I have availed blue membership for pleasant vacation experience with club Mahindra.
                        But now I have come to know this club's membership not eligible in summer and Christmas vacation.
                        Summer vacation is the only time for use this membership but Your representative had not given full information about this.
                        So, I want to cancel this membership, pls suggest me to do and also suggest me that how I refund the money.

                          This email is to bring to your notice about the pain that a customer has to go through once you have bought the membership and you want to book the Hotel. Attached is the payment advise of this membership which was done. There were several commitments which were made during the sale pitch due to which the membership was taken by us. Understand that there was an agreement signed by us and it will have all the details about the membership, but we bought the membership of your team members trust and Mahindra brand thinking that whatever the sales guys say will be true and we can believe in the Brand Mahindra and its team.

                          Tried to book your resort 3 times :

                          1) July 2019 - For Sikkim - They said that you have to book 4 months in advance and booking this close is not possible because you are not eligible to travel in the period as its high season. - What was communicated - " Sir aap membership lejiye and i ll personally look into your bookings. I can get it done 15 days prior, Maine 2 din pehle bhi bookings karwai hai customers ki.
                          2) Last weel - For Lonavala - They said the member himself has to travel if somebody needs to visit this property and his son alone cannot travel as its not allowed. These were never informed to us during booking as we thought worst come scenario if we are not able to use the membership we will at least go to Lonavala which is in close proximity and use our membership between family members. - This was another lie from your team member - Harpreet singh who came to sell this membership. When I called him he said " Sir mei pata karta hu shayad recently kuch change hua hoga, I 'll get this exception approved for you" and then he disappears without even answering my call for days.

                          3) Yearly Maintenence fee - Harpreet himself had confirmed that maintenance fee will be waived off and we don't need to worry about it. Without even attending one holiday i have been bombarded with reminders on emails repayment of maintenance when it was confirmed by the salesman that this will be taken care of.

                          We would like to immediately seek a refund of this membership. Request you to be fair with us as we had put our hard earned money in Mahindra thinking it will bring happiness to our family, instead it has become a long drawn pain to us.

                            Myself is Prabhakaran R and am residing in tamil nadu. This is regarding membership of club mahindra. Recently i enrolled into your membership . Details are as below : Blue studio . Member ID: 2870512 on May 20, 209. But after discussing with my family members and reading lot of consumer complaints on the web, I decided to withdraw my application on the same day.
                            I called the agent Vishal sharma and asked to cancel my membership. He said he is away and will get back to me after 2 days. But after 2 days he asked me send the post dated cheques to the office in chennai, which i sent. And then he told me to drop an email to [protected]@mahindraholidays.com regarding the cancellation. So i mailed them on June 1, 2019 asking to cancel my membership. But its been 10 days. No reply from them yet. I called the customer care and told about the mail, they said they will insist the concerned department to contact me. But none of them contacted me since then.. Now i want cancel the membership and the refund amount of Rs. 31, 530 which i paid initially while joining. This is my complaint/request no : MHRIL=[protected]

                            This is my sincere request you to do needful and refund my amount of rs.31, 530/- asap .

                            Update : 90 days has been passed. But still there is no refund from them. I keep on calling them daily and they are saying the same answer 'You will get a callback from the team' . I need someone to look into this matter.

                              This is regarding Club Mahindra membership - 2855539. In short had made the payment of 40K on 9th Feb 2019, after knowing some white lies from sales guys I request for cancellation. As per branch office they have already requested for cancellation and requested for refund on 21st Feb only. Today it is 8th June still no refund.

                              I have got numerous replies from Club mahindra over email saying it would be done in 90 working days but now they are asking for next 25 WORKING days. Which is not fair? How can i trust such commitments over email if they are not being followed.

                              Now they have started replying to my messages on social media and also making all wrong commitments when I talk to their customer care.

                              Please look into this matter.

                                Dear Sir,

                                On dated 27th to 28th May 2019, we are at Ashtmudi Resort, Room No. 2204, while on check out on 28th around 11.00 am, we tried to contact front office thru Phone Extension to prepaid entire bill and vehicle arrangements however 10 minutes over No any Staff pick up the extension phone.

                                Then We tried Ashtmudi Resort office phone no.[protected] thru my mobile but all efforts are vein.

                                Next option we try to connect Ashtmudi Resort Mobile No. [protected].

                                This mobile no I was found busy so send SMS to call me back in the room 2204 for check out process.

                                Next 10 minutes over no any call received in our room phone as well as on my mobile.

                                Now there is no option remains to go personally to front desk from my room While reaching at front desk found that lady staff who specially appointed to take care of check in. Check out process chatting with her staff or sub ordinate.

                                Ashtmudi Resort officially carried mobile staff Mr. Ajay also present their.

                                I was enquired about check out time of Room No.2204 and extension of phone not picking up, also my mobile call and SMS to Mr. Ajay.

                                But front office desk staff is so careless that they never replying on my query nor they bothered about theirs mistakes or any guilty feeling.

                                SECONDLY...

                                After paying bills I was told them to send resort vehicle to near my room to collect my wife, two daughters and special child son age 8 year, weight 16 kg who unfortunately unable to walking and speaking.

                                Next 10-15 minutes no any staff shown any interested to send vehicle.

                                Again my enquiry about vehicle Mr. Ajay told me that they are sending vehicle to other Room Guest.

                                I mean seating in front of them for vehicle but they least bothered.

                                Again we loosing our valuable time since 11.00 to 11.45 though we need to catch flight from Kochi Airport from Poover resort. Meantime also want to purchase few Kerala item in local market.

                                But Ashtmudi resort staff attitude is careless Attitude, no option remaining to me though I went personally to Room No. 2204 bringing my entire family by walking and left resort with such mood that henceforth we never visit again this resort whereas cheapest staff recruiting to serve us.

                                We observed that there is no any fear of senior management or management not interested to monitor staff behavior towards customers.

                                Extremely bad experience from Asthmudi staff, we never forget this and not any other place but in Club Mahindra premises.

                                Hope this mail complaint treated seriously.

                                Waiting for mail reply in written with proper enquiry with checking CCTV footage.

                                Sending email complaint to club Mahindra official email but till date no one approach to listen us.

                                  Today- 6 june 2019 i tried to book my holiday at Club mahindra Binsar Valley and denied because my new ASF bill in May has been raised and I already have ASF paid holidays left in my a/c, and even my membership is already fully paid, when i called Call centre they told now the rules has been changed, you have to clear all dues but its illegal as when i took membership the promise made to us was not like that it's a clear matter of cheating. I request the higher official of the company to look in to the matter and provide solution asap.

                                    I have requested for cancellation of membership id 2839152 on 20 may 2019 and refund of the money because of non-utilisation but it is still not done and the company has asked to send a written application stating that ' i dont want a refund against the cancellation'.

                                    There was no response for 9 days even after sending cancellation mail and the emi is still scheduled
