It is with great dismay that I am writing to you. I have had tried all possible ways to reach the persons responsible for resolving my query. However, all my efforts went it vain.
I am highly optimistic that I’ll be able to get answers from you or your desk.
I have penned my dismay below in most detailed manner.
I wish to cancel Club Mahindra Membership vide membership number 2887889 due to following reasons:
(a) I had taken the membership considering I can visit most resorts as per my wish. Hence, I had paid INR, 3, 57, 000 for membership. However, even in the membership, I find most of the resorts filled. I cannot go to holiday when I needed however I was not aware of this fact as I was misrepresented by Club Mahindra sales representative.
(b) The CM rep, Lokesh took 30 days+ to help me with booking which I had anticipated to book through CM. I tried from 15th Jan till 22nd Feb for booking but after much effort and pain, I had to book it from someone else. TELL ME THE USE OF PAYING 3.5 LAKHS TO YOU. Also, this has happened thrice with me.
Further, I started contacting you on 28th Feb to refund my hard earned money, however, there literally no response. I BELIEVE THE INTENTION WAS SIMPLY DUPE THE CUSTOMER, TAKE HIS MONEY AND EARN REVENUE FROM IT.
(c) Club Mahindra was consistent when it came to buying membership, your sales reps didn’t missed even a single date. However, when it came to post sales service, none of the teams of CM were even bothered to talk
(d) I have paid a total amount of Rs. 3, 57, 0000 to Club Mahindra including ASF but I do not find any utility of taking such membership as resorts are never available when required, resorts are very far-off and compared to other such resorts available online through Make My Trip, fee charged is too much.
(e) I had tried booking multiple times with constant follow ups with the guy who sold me the package but all my efforts went in vain. Apparently, all this follow up and chase has caused such a mental agony to me that I should be suing you for mental harassment
(f) I had spoken to the Mr. Rahul for refund of my entire money as I was not able to utilise your services due to your lack of infra and planning. Initially he told me refund is possible and he kept on saying that he is working on the same. Suddenly, now he said, we will not get the refund and we can do whatever we want. Per his words and his audacity, it seems CM is hiring employees to dupe the customers of their hard earned money and feed the company revenue from it.
Policy adopted by Club Mahindra in making members is differential and unjust. Similarly policy by Club Mahindra in giving holidays is also unjust.
It is my sincere desire to surrender the Membership and get the full refund in this respect. I also desire to resolve the matter amicably failing which I may decide my future course of action including legal recourse against the Company in an appropriate forum
