My Membership No. 29700 1BR Purple
Issue with Club Mahindra
1) Rooms were let out outside and were not available to the Members. Given earlier to Club Mahindra and was promised will not happen again but CM failed miserably.
2) When selling the Membership, were informed that I can book the any number of Rooms subject to availability at the time of booking with calculations as per my membership and seasons, Allowed many times as per the sales commitment and but later discontinued / not allowed and the full holidays were spoilt.
3) Even after not used last years membership days after payment of Annual Subscription Fees, I am not allowed in the current year the last year balance days and asking to pay first current year fees.
4) All the data of My Personal Contact details, Membership details and other details are being shared / leaked to third party for selling my membership to others. Privacy is disturbed.
5) Because of all the above issues all Membership Nights have been wasted / expired.
6) No proper resolution from the Club Mahindra till date only few excuse calls.
Want full refund of the membership fees and asf paid till date. So necessary details further can be given if required.
