[Resolved] Club Mahindra — staff behaviour | |||||
I visited on 14th july 2017 to naukuchiyatal club mahindra resort with 7 members But we had worst experience with f & b manager mr. Govind he forced us to buy food package we refused to take as it was too expensive so he offered us that he will adjust the members to 5 instead of 7. They themselves cheat their work. We asked 2lts of sprite be said he will give in rs.880/- which was not at all justified We offered him 250/- foe that bottle he was so rude and said "sir ji agar mujhe 200 lene hote toh mein main dhaba hi khol leta... Mere staff ki salary 12-12000/- rupees hai" This was his behaviour with many more comments. 2nd day we went to mukteshwar on day tour we reached at 9pmi the moment i entered my room my jbl bluetooth speaker was missing wen i complaind and pointed the housekeeping staff the reaort manager mr. Abhishekh sharma refused to take any responsibility of it he didn't even let me meet as query with that staff shankar. I asked him to adjust my final billing at the me of checkout he didn't bothered and behaved in a rude and irresponsible behaviour. And suggested us... Aapko fir karni hai toh kar le hum kuch nhi kar sakte... So pl never take club mahindra membership. Was this information helpful? | |||||
