Club Resorto — 7 days 6 nights holiday for 10 years cancellation - not providing refund

Hi Everyone,

I would like to mention that don't take the membership from them. They only give you the base category hotels in the 3, 4 and 5 star hotels and will choose the cheapest hotel available at that location. The amount that you will end up paying, you can get the hotels from MMT or Yatra on much cheaper rates and as per your flexibility. The huge amount that you pay them upfront does not give you any benefit from them. They are only making you fool at the time of sales and then those false commitments will never be fulfilled. I always regret on taking the membership from them.

Oh my god!I received bone such SMS and was planning to attend! Thanks for cautioning!

Today I am also in receipt of such an SMS from them and as I already had such bad experiences in the past from the so called Timeshare firms, I just googled about this Club Resoro also and got to know other such victims' feedback. I expected this also to be another such timeshare marketing call !

Today i also got message i told my assistance to get details, now i got to know by this this reviews thanks guys .

I am writing this message to all people who have been contacted to take club resorto membership. This is the worst company with the poorest service in the travel industry.
All there commitments are totally fake as dont stand by their words.
Don't spoil your important time n money with this company as it might get locked out any day.
Its always better to go with branded players like club Mahindra or some others but not club resorto at all.
I have been stuck with my 90000rs with this stupid company & all the people here are taught to tell only lies all are big liers as they don't stand by their commitment.
Don't ever think about this company & plz tell all friends and family members not to get stuck with it.
Plz spread this message like a fire so that all the liers can be punished for their wrongdoing.

Exactly . I have paid Rs 75000 as membership fee by swiping the credit card and now they are doing the same trick of not picking calls when I asked them to book holiday destinations for Europe. After lot of follow up, they did booking in few of the destinations and charging 4000 per night(+ 1500 for my 11 year child which they told will be free till the age of 18 years) for those hotels which are available at a lesser rate in MAKEMY TRIP and other travel sites than what they are offering.
Is there any authority where we can complain again against them to recover the amount. Else lets get together and file a joint consumer complaint against them at district consumer forum as it is indeed a fraud company.

Such a fake company club resorto I request all of is never attend such stupid company phone call main motive of these companies to cheat hard money from customer one day one phone come on my phone girl tell me sir our company complete 7year so I invite you with your office at 8pm for dinner I accept when I came there they give us warm welcome then show us on laptop some five star hotel we I provide for out member for ten years in which every year we charge 10000 extra for 6 night stay in five star hotel including breakfast end after I give you one free gift any one Dubai or balli ittenary of group was 4airticket daily breakfast 2sightseen end pickup drop or hotal r five star this free gift if you take my membership my membership price 167000 for 10 year I agree end paid 167000 this payment I give them on 27jan 2019 after then I take many phone they not attend my any phone even I mail them daily but they replied only my 4 email mow I book my balli tickets my self 95500 so I decided to fir on Monday against this company

I have paid Rs 1, 25, 000 as membership fee by swiping the credit card, they told me free EMI in 12 installment . when i check my credit card statement the installments attract heavy interest . Fraud start here .

Also the highlight 7 days / 6 Nights per year and in discusssion emphasis on 7 days make confuse us that they are giving 7 rooms per year, these are 6 rooms dont confuse . This is second fraud line .

when you calculate per room night cost from goibibo or makemy trip type sites it is costlier .

conclusion is beware of this type of companies.

CLUB RESORTO IS A BIG FRAUD COMPANY
I want to ALERT everyone to not fall prey to this company. They are big scammers and fraud. They called us in a good hotel and promised many things. But as I paid them the membership money they vanished within 2days. I didn't receive any voucher or other promised things. They blocked my number and no one responded to me. I even went to their branch office but no one was there.
I want club resorto to give my money back or I will have to TAKE NECESSARY ACTION against you.

Will police complaint work? Really I never see such a fraud in my life. They have cheated our money and even we are ready to cancel the membership but that also not working?
