I am writing this message to all people who have been contacted to take club resorto membership. This is the worst company with the poorest service in the travel industry.
All there commitments are totally fake as dont stand by their words.
Don't spoil your important time n money with this company as it might get locked out any day.
Its always better to go with branded players like club mahindra...

It is not just club group of hotels, there are many such holiday sellers… one of them is club resorto hospitality ltd, operating from gurgaon. The web site is www.clubresorto.com.
They also send sms stating you are invited for a dinner free for a couple today at 7pm at hotel xxxx, name of city. By club resorto grab your entry pass call [protected]...
Once you accept & visit them they sure will ensure they agree for whatever...

Note: other complaint i have marked as resolved as club resorto asked to remove my comments.. raised new but thats getting disappeared..
On 12 march, I have attended accord. They. Have said no cost emi but transacted full credit card payment and many false commitment.
Later they agreed for refund forcing to take service to get refund. Now they dening with reason we provided service .
Haven't got any refund.

I have taken holiday package offer from Club Resorto on 30/03/2024. And I have paid Rs. 40, 000/- towards the package cost. During the time of agreement finalization, they confirmed that we are eligible for 4/5 star hotels / resorts with complimentary breakfast option . But when I started booking through their webpage, I got offers which were not in line with the discussions / offers they made. Then I have asked their Escalation department to cancel the package as I was not at all comfortable with their offeres (they offered me 3 star hotels/resorts and most of the offers were without complimentary breakfast options). I have received a call from their Escalation department that they can't cancel the package and they can offer better options. As I got a strong intuition that
they will not keep their promises, I strongly advised them to cancel the package. Still, they didn't give me a positive response although I got one response from one of Sales team Manager Mr. Sudheer that package will be cancelled and amount will be refunded. This company seems to be fraud and unethical.

My Name is Varun(962033xxxx) from Bangalore, I purchased the product from one of the agent Name Imran([protected]) and Akshit(876631xxxx) in Bangalore(Electronic City) on 18th Jan 2023. They made so many promises like AMC will be waived off, Meals will be included, and biggest surprise is that they showcased me that you made the only 1800 upfront and rest you can pay after using the using voucher provided by them also payment will make it interest free EMI but all the EMIs interest charged by the Bank .

Now, after all these shocks I decided to cancel the registration and its been around 20 days these guys are playing on the mail. I talked to the Call center and raised the request to cancel on 19th Jan 2023, she told me that write a mail. I wrote the mail on 20th and these guys don't bother to respond. They are buying. Delaying responding to mail and always ask for more time and assure me that someone will call me.

When ever I'm asking to cancel they are just trying to play around and not providing the cancellation.

I've raised Cyber crime complain and preparing to move to the consumer court.

Friends Please if you are thinking to buy this or you get a call from them don't ever go and buy it. Its a trap.

I have taken membership in august end 2023 while they said for free holiday vacation to use 3n/4d for next three months after use only I can decide to continue or not, if not then I can cancel my member ship with paying one EMI only 2222 Rs only. But now they are not confirming and not responding well because from bank I got EMI rs.2514 which should be deduct after 90 days but it is just deducting from 5th sept 2023.
these all are false statement and cheating me I want full amount back of 40, 000 Rs to the my bank.

Hi, I bought the Club Resorto membership and now no response from company or manager so I want my 51000 back that’s it

One day i get the call from club resorto company and they said we are giving free 2 nites and 3 days voucher for holiday and 2 movies tickets for couple without any hidden charges but you have to come to collect the voucher with your wife. So i had gone with my wife at borivali esskay club and they had send the voucher on my mail id and they said that this voucher is applicable for 6 months only. They said to redeem this voucher you have to send the voucher to club resorto mail id prior 2 days before for movie tickets and prior 7 days before for holiday accomodation. So i had send the voucher for movie tickets prior 2 days before but i received the mail that movie slots not available and all are already sold… so their commitments are fraud

I Had Opted For The Package With Club Resorto. During The Sales Meeting The Agent Mentioned That They Would Be Prompt In Providing Airfares At Discounted Rates As Well. On May 1st I Requested For A Couple Of Flight Tickets And They Responded Back With A Standard Template Asking Even For Hotel Information. I Responded Stating That I Want Only The Flight Tickets And Called Their Customer Care Multiple Times. They Didn't Respond To My Mail During This Entire Time Period And Finally After A Week They Sent An Email Because Of My Continuous Calls To Them. Looking At The Turnaround Time And Bad Service, I Called The Relationship Manager And Told Him About The Issue. He Told Me That He Cannot Provide Me A Refund Due To This Issue And Spoke Very Rudely. I Am Filing This Complaint To Get A Refund And Also To Ensure That Noone Else Is Hassled By Such A Bad Company

We took aholiday package for 10 years from feb 14th 2023 to 13 feb 2033 in that package we were suppose to take vaccation with familf in a year for 7 days but when we started booking we didnt get any service from them we mailed them they didnt reply and there relationship manager where not proffesional at all. now we have mailed them to cancel our policy they are not doing that andwe have asked for refund they are also not doing it. they have bloceked our numbers so that we cannot be in touch with them.

Club Resorto Scam.
Spam complain about club resorto, It's a fake travel/vacation company .They claimed to get our contact number from car retailers .They then invited us to Marine plaza hotel, Mumbai to avail a voucher for free movie ticket for a couple and 2 night 3 days stay .prior to this they asked us to take a package of 70days and additional 6 nights and 7 days trip to any destination of our choice .Along with 5 people flight tickets .It's a complete spam .For this the convinced us to to pay emi amount of 1, 80, 000 .They blabbered us with the free EmI .I payed the entire amount .Now after a few days when I mailed them about the bookings, they are telling me avail the 6 months vouchers .There is no context to the mail I sent and the reply .Their team has no ethics, the just keep asking us to mail them .I have mailed them 5 times about the bookings, I get a stupid reply each time .Israr Ahmed with whom we made the payment tells me there is no proof to it.So, he is again asking me to send a mail, this the kind of customer service they provide. It's been 10 days the team didn't even bother to reply to my messages or call back .Shivangi is another member of their team, she also knows nothing she also keeps asking me to contact new contacts each time .their app and portal doesn't have any hotel tie ups there is no visibility of that .When confronted their team says there won't be any availability of that sort of app or website everything is on mail .Whereas Israr Ahmed says that it takes 45 working days to update .This is not common answer from their team, no card was provided on mail . Trapping innocent people in this money trap . Don't fall for such traps .Check their mail and dates.

I have paid Rs 1, 25, 000 as membership fee by swiping the credit card, they told me free EMI in 12 installment . when i check my credit card statement the installments attract heavy interest . Fraud start here .

They said you can cancel your membership any time, but when I want to cancel it they refuse to cancel it. This is second fraud line .

And third freud is they promise us to give free 3N 2D holiday vacation.

CLUB RESORTO IS A BIG FRAUD COMPANY
I want to ALERT everyone to not fall prey to this company. They are big scammers and fraud. They called us in a good hotel and promised many things. But as I paid them the membership money they vanished within 2days. I didn't receive any voucher or other promised things. They blocked my number and no one responded to me. I even went to their branch office but no one was there.
I want club resorto to give my money back or I will have to TAKE NECESSARY ACTION against you.

We want our money back from club resorto because they played a big fraud with us. They took our money but no services were provided and they are not even replying back.

I got trapped in Club Resorto's trap in January, 2020. I took a 5 year package from them for 70K but I am unable to get any services from them for which I have already paid because of their lame excuses to everything I ask from them which was promised to me. I am moving to Court now against them and want to warn everyone not to believe them, once you pay them you are nothing to them.

If there is any way I can get a refund, I request you to please assist me.

First of all the company representative took the card and swiped the card without prior intimation on the pretext of checking the card credit limit. We were stuck and refused to take the membership and requested to cancel the same. There was no processing done as i had paid only 20, 000/-. Since then i am struggling to get my money back. Umpteen number of telephone calls and emails were made but till now i have not received my refund back. They are so unprofessional people that they will never take ye our call once you talk to them and explain your case and request for refund. For first 120 days i did not get anything in writing. Then i was told that they will take 90 days to refund me the money. After another 90 days i did not get any refund and spoke to ms. Shipra who seems to be the incharge. She asked for proof of payment and informed that it will take 3-5 days. I submitted the same and then she stopped taking the calls. I was in touch with tanya, shakti singh, aman, chetan finally this lady shipra! All useless and unprofessional people. It seems they are a bunch of lairs and fraud company! Today in response to my email for refund they have sent me an email asking for holiday dates!!

Poor services and fraud!!!

1. None of the bookings were provided that mr. Achal and sonam agreed on while selling this membership.
2. As per your policy, i had well informed you and your team about the wrong commitments and also mentioned the membership cancellation (Within 15 days).
3. There is no response from mr. Achal or anyone from your management to solve this issue.
4. The bookings asked 2nd time were again not provided as told by your sales team initially.
5. There was nothing talked about availability and its capping while booking the property. Now all you say is you cannot book these locations as not available or too high price.
6. You just agreed with and told me that its fine with your company to go for a litigation but will not refund the money.

Please note that i didn't purchase this membership for getting the best available options. Anyone can get them online on other websites. This membership was purchased as your sales team said and agreed that we can provide you the mentioned hotels as and when required.

If people are selling memberships committing wrong things, even you should take an action and ensure its being fixed and not support them.

I feel like being cheated and dont appreciate it!

Hi i book one package in club resorto, when i meet company representative he confirm about his company property and their service, all looks good and i done full and final payment, but when i received a call from backend, service all confirm by sales person are shown different, and due to this i request to cancel this package and refund me full amount on bases of wrong commitment and i dont take any of this service, and i received a call from his company representative and they said company will not refund your amount, its clear fraud company and please no one will attend this company meeting
