This company made promise while discussing membership program as given below.
1. Welcome voucher of 2 N and 3 D where you can stay in 4/5 star hotel with GST applicable and no annual maintenance
2. Additional offer - 4N/5 days stay within Asia where no other charges applicable.
3. Additional offer if membership is in your wife's name - 6 N and 7 D X 5 weeks ( 35D) without any hidden charge.
4. All payment will be converted in 24 months EMI with no interest
5. We can cancel with 25% charges.
Membership Package includes (applicable domestic and international):
• 6N and 7 D X 10 weeks (70 days)
• 4/5 star resorts/hotel with suit room and breakfast included
• Need to pay annual maintenance of rs 2000 only after 6 N/7 D stay
• Can stay max 21 days in single trip
• Package cost Rs 220000
When I asked to book hotel:
1. First fraud: They are not ready to book with offers they provided.
2. Second fraud: They started charging breakfast per head.
3. Third fraud: They are supposed to charge maintenance only after 6 N of stay, but they charged maintenance even for 3 N/4D.
4. Fourth fraud: EMI is for 12 months and with heavy interest.
5. Fifth Fraud: Not ready to cancel membership and refund.
