I am vikram gaur and i took membership of club jiva in march 2015. My membership number is cj/aa/b/c299. I was also fooled by one club jiva representative standing near road side and telling us that we have won the bumper prize in club jiva scratch card. I was taken to club jiva property (Or fake) near fort agunda. There i was given a one hour presentation and was persuaded to take the membership. I gave 40000 and took the membership for...

I am vikram gaur. I have taken the membership on mar 2015. My memebership no is cj/aa/b/c299. My mebership ll expire on 2019. And till now i have not been able to use even a single holiday through club jiva. Everytime i try to book there is some problem from club jivas side. Either the rooms are not available or they ll give confirmation at very last day. My 21 nights are accumulated till now. Today i have placed demand for gangtok and darjeeling. The mail which has come to me is asking rs 1500 per ni per room as utility charges. But while giving membership they have given list of 70 plus resorts all across india and told whichever locs are not included ll also be managed by the resort staff. Now they have given another list of resort incl just 15 to 20 resorts.. I am really feeling cheated now. From last 3 years i was planning to lodge a police complaint and taking the matter to court.
But now i think this is the right time. I will also complain on the national portal for grievances. About the fraudulent policies of the club. This is the most cheat club which is looting the hard earned money of the public by false promises and fraudulent customer care executive. I really feel cheated. But not going to leave club jiva so easily.

    I have taken club jiva membership in dec 2017 (Member id cj/ma/904). I want to book my free international holiday week in thailand. I called customer care several time as well sent several reminder mails. By phone only informed that my dae id is not generated and never replied for mail.

    This surprising that after three month of membership i can not book my holiday and still need to wait for procedural things. I am planning my holiday in may 2018. And because of this issue i am completely fall in uncertainty.

Aana jana free of cost. Bahan gaye to resort dikhaya phir ek kamre main bithaya, bahan bahot loud music chal raha tha. Ek ladki me club jiva ka member hone me bahut sare fayde bataye, mene bahot pucha membership cancel ka policy to boli ki 1rs loss nahi hoga. Mujhe thik nahi lagatha, mene kaha ki mere mother n law ki knee replacement surgery hone bali hai, hame abhi membership nahi leni. Mentally hame bahot pressure kiya pehle bole 2, 50, 000.00 me aapko kahin membership nahi milegi, abhi 50, 000 dijiye kal 2, 00, 000dena, hamare pass total 10, 000 hi the, hum ne mana kiya ki paisa nahi hai, hume shopping v karni thi, lekin unn logon ne jabardasti hum se paise liye, aaur us time mujhe laga ki agar paisa nahi denge to sayad ye log hum sab ko maar hi dalenge. Bapas aane ke liye bhi paise nahi the, bus ka ticket pehle kar dia tha nahi to sayad zinda nahi lout te. Mujhe mere paise bapas chahiye, ye log logon ki fasa kar paise le rahe hain

        During my recent visit to goa, calangute beach, club jiva executives told me that there is a 24th anniversary celebration of karma resort at baga beach and told me open a free gift coupon where i can win free gifts & be part of the celebrations party. They offered 1 coupon & i opened it which mentioned sorry better luck next time. Then he took out another coupon from his pocket and offered it to my wife. The coupon my wife opened mentioned a free gift. The club jiva executive told that we have to collect our free gift from the hotel and he will arrange for free cab for to & fro travel to the hotel. We accepted his offer and proceeded towards the hotel in cab, the executive was following us on his bike. On the way he told that the celebration is full at the said hotel so we will go to other hotel which is also celebrating thier achivement. Thus they took us to hotel nagao grande. On reaching there we found that there was no celebrations instead after getting the entry form filled from us, they took us to a noisy hall. Their executive ms. Tanvi (Local from goa) took over and stared with her presentation which was full of falsehood & inflated offer. She also called her boss in between for clearing our doubts. They were making many false promises but nothing was on the paper. They were making tempeting offers on holidays but were not disclosing any offer prize. For every doubts raised by us, they always gave a positive response so that we fall into thier trap. Their presentation continued for 1.5 hours in a noisy atmosphere. By god's grace finally we denied to take their offer where we need to pay a hefty amount of 42, 500 as joining fee for 5 years alternate year holiday plan at thier resorts. I suggest all the peoples who will visit goa in future to beware of the fraud company club jiva. And also beware of their field executive who are present on goa street on thie bikes. If they force you, then please notedown their bike number and approach to nearest police station. Also request other peoples who have already visited goa and have similar experience to come forward and share it with public to make them aware of the modus operande of club jiva.

          Club jiva sells only through crony methods, by employing sales chap pretend to be students etc.
          Their sales team gives all wrong information. I was told that for my category of membership i need to book three months in advance that's all and no difference.

          When i try to book, their reservation team says the inventory is not open. They don't say that you are not eligible for booking that property in that season. Only at the end of all follow ups they say that you are not eligible and upgrade to higher membership.

          I am pretty sure that all the good reviews (There are very less though) are posted by themselves.

          Would just request anybody please do not fall pray to these people.

            Their representative is not giving my extended reservation confirmation voucher. I called them more then ten times. They r saying you will get it by noon... Evening... Next day. More than yen days passed.
            Is there anyone to hear?? Or they people do the same to every person who give his hard-earned money to you??
            I have bought vacations for next 5 years & looking like i m bagging for my own asset!!

              I am gopal sharan soni and i have cheated from club jiva... They do fake promises... I want to go alleppey and they asking for extra money... For more than 2 adults 2500 rs per night... But this condition did't tell by club jiva agents... I have appointment with shahbaz khan he did't tell me about any kind of term condition... When i have pay whole amount.. They tell us terms and conditions... I want to cancel my membership and i want refund of my payed amount... Of 35000.. A big amount... The rooms are shown in club jiva booklet are not like that really... They are really worst... I want refund

                Hi, i bought club jiva membership in aug 2017 from vadodara. Within 6 month, i got some bad news from reviews about services. So i realized that i did not wanted the service so far.. I had not use anytype of service of the company. So, i mailed them to cancel it, but they did not respond. I do not got details of anything. I sent email them to refund the money on the basis of not interested. So i just trying to refund my money back.. Please help me to out of this matter as early as possible.

                Hello.. I got the mail from the company that refund or cancellation is not applied to my package. But may i know the policy update that how they could not refund or cancellation the package if customer is not satisfied or not interested anymore. Wherever, in meeting, the executive already said that everything is possible with the customer care and we can get much reply from the company executives respectably. But even in one message only, they directly told about not refunding or not cancelling my package.. I had spent 40000 for first installment. it is not small amount. So please help me to out of this matter.

                  Recently we had gone on our holidays to Goa in Jan and to be very honest the club doesn't offer the type of rooms as per the agreement and my holidays actually got spoiled because of the poor arrangements at the resort. The club did the bookings in Resort Tio at Calangute Beach and the room we got was a small one room and not upto the standards as expected. There were many complaints as under:-
                  1 The size of the room was so small that i was not able to open all my bags.
                  2 There was no dressing table or not even a single mirror for getting ready.
                  3 The upholstery of the room was very poor.
                  4 There was no exhaust fan and the space was left open for mosquitoes to come and have dinner with us.
                  5 There was not even a single tube light in the bedroom giving a very dull look.
                  6 On enquiring i came to know that this room was booked by some agent and no mention of STUDIO ROOM as given in agreement.
                  Even after repeated request the resort could give us different room only after two days which was really bad.

                  Dear Sir, Greetings from Club Jiva!! As per telephonic discussion with Our Senior Ms Meena Sharma, we will surely look into this matter in future Ms Meena Sharma will surely look into the request personally sent by you for your holidays. Mam has also sanctioned 3 nights 4 days holiday from Company's behalf. This is a copy of email recieved from Company. So i am satisfied with it.

                    Hi, i bought club jiva membership in feb 2015. Within one week, i realized that i did not wanted the service. So, i mailed them to cancel it, but they did not respond. Later they dragged for months indicating that they will contact fianance team etc. I never got details of availability. They always sent regret email on enquiring availability. So, i sent multiple emails to them to refund the money on the basis of their poor service. But, they never agreed to refund. I wish they would behave professionally and refund the money of people if they dont wan the service.

                      During our trip to goa, there was a guy called mohan from club jiva who approached us while walking on the calangute main road. He mentioned that club jiva is celebrating 5th year anniversary and he gave us an invitation card which has scratch to win options. He told us to meet him in nagoa grande resort & spa in goa, spend 1 hour of celebration which also includes their property advertisement and marketing.

                      Next day we visited nagoa grande resort along with my brother, sister in law and our 2 kids. We waited for more than 30 min without any attention. They took all our details after 45 min. My son started feeling hungry and we wanted to feed him with some snacks available in the same restaurant but we were not allowed to go out. My husband and i decided to sit with their lady executive and asked my brother to take my son to a restaurant still they dint allow. They didn’t have curtsy towards my son and started behaving very very rude. We walked off the room with very bad experience.

                      We would like to have a compensation for the time we wasted in their place and the rude behavior of the staffs which hurt us a lot.

                        I have just talked to your customer care with some female executive regarding free stay complimentary voucher. She denied to give her name and talked very rudely with me and denied to give any clarification regarding my querry. I asked her why there are charges for 500/ rs per person per night. If it is a complimentary free voucher, it should be free as given by sterling holiday, club mahindra holiday. She rudely replied that it is wriitten in the voucher and no other explanation given by her. This is. Ridiculous. Meaning of complimentary free stay does not serve.

                        what is doing Mr.Dharmendra, Ms Reena, Ms Asiya at Club Jiva staff at mumbai, when we r new they cotact us very often time within one or two time in week. what happens now. they can't help me now.
                        As early I have book my complaint in dtd12/01/2017, till today it does not solve, nobody contact or any msg. kindly give me reply and refung my deposit and emi amout, otherwise I am going to sue in court and file FIR in police station within week. kindly reply me as early as possible. Thanks

                          I am vikas nagpal and want to share my experience with club jiva that happened with me in north goa.
                          I came to goa along with my wife on november 7 to enjoy some holidays. On november 9 at calangut i met with somebody on road and on his request i went to a hotel having some promotional programme of club jiva which i did not know before... This guy requested me to give just one hour on november 10 from my scheduled holiday.

                          I reached there at fixed time (10 am). They asked me to wait. After half an hour their session started. They started to explain and even after two hours they did not clear their plan completely. They were stretching the talk unnecessarily. There was to much noise in the room that it was very difficult to sit there. My wife requested several times to conclude the concept or plan so that we may decide and move on. The reaction was that the consultant named rahul from lucknow stood up angrily and threw the chair on the floor in front of approximate 30 to 40 persons and started shouting at us. He started blaming us.

                          Do the company call the tourists to insult like this?? Even he was not sorry about this incident. They ruined our precious time (3hours) as well as spoiled my mood for the whole holiday.

                          I want to raise a complaint against club jiva here that do the company recruits its staff to insult the tourists??

                          I request to take proper action against the concerned person regarding that.

                            I went to mount abu in last year december16 and then i met with somebody on road and on his request i went to a hotel having some promotional program of club jiva which i did not know before...

                            They explained the package and pressurized me to take even i was not interested to put my self in such a scam...

                            They so much pressurized and behaving like insulting me in front of my wife.
                            They also said if you will not satisfied we will revert your money with 15 days... We have money back period of 15 days...

                            Then i thought thats ok take it and i will read the reviews in goggle and if ok will continue... Other wise cancel it...

                            And with the one day of purchasing i called to customer care to cancel it as they some how made me fooled about the package...
                            Also goggle reviews was so bad for club jiva...

                            Since last 9 months i am continuous intouch with club jive customer care team, gm head mrs meena on calls and thru various mail... And they keep telling me that we have raised your request and it will take time to revert your money... But now it seems that they are not interested to refund and on every call they make me fool...

                            Now i want to raise a complaint against club jiva here and also looking to put one complaint in court.

                            Pls advise and support and provide my refund.

                            Club jiva is a fake company. Nagoa Grande is a thrid class hotel for stay in Goa.
                            Local goanians are also involved in this scam. Avoid going to goa so that they will get thier lessons. Instead go to some other state virgin beaches

                              I have received jiva club voucher no. 1855 on dated 2nd january 2017 during our last year goa visit for 5days and six nights accommodation free.

                              I have sent email to jiva club for december end week 2017 booking purpose on dated 31st october 2017, before two months back. But, jiva club replied that they have stalled they free accommodation booking up-to 14th january 2018. Hence, you are requested kindly do the needful and cooperate me to finalise my december end week 2017 booking for free accommodation purpose. Otherwise, i will take this subject with legal way.

                                I have received a voucher from club jiva in matheran. A person came to me and said its a scratch coupon where i can get the gift after attending seminar for 60 min. We have wasted time there for 1 hour and finally got a voucher for 6n 7d stay one, they said i can use it anytime in the year.
                                I have called club jiva and they are telling that this cant be used in dec but can only be done in jan - march actually i clearly read it and there is no t&c as such clearly.
                                Also the customer service team is really worst. My call kept on disconnecting and kept on hold for so long while i was in the mid of the call without any intimation. People used to disconnect the call while i was speaking.

                                    I won a gift voucher in march 2017. I asked to redeem in may, i was refused. I asked two days back and was again refused. The lady on phone who said her name is kalpana was very rude. She told me not to beg for voucher and if i have money i should book some other place and stay. Is this what is expected from the hospitality industry? I am not begging, i am demanding you keep your promise which you gave after i attended your lucky dip and your 2 hours promotional talk and wasted my vacation time.

                                      An employee of club jiva mr edward mob no ([protected]) employed by club jiva, given me false commitement and sold me policy (Polcy no cj/ma/070, in which maximum terms are not cared by club jiva. Many time i had complaint abt this issue in club jiva office, they are not refunding me my given amount. It is requested to kindly dom't take any policy from mr edward. He is not a reliable person. Company should remove such person, who ruins the company name. A very bad experience i had seen in this company.
