Clubfactory — college bag

I have ordered a sling college bag. I have received this on 13 oct. When i open it dis is not good quality. I found about return policy bt i couldnot found. I want to return it. The product is shown in display is better but posted material is not good. I ordered first tym from clubfactory and the experience is vry bad.. I heard almost before about that this is mostly a fake company.. The products are not good but i have seen this now.. I jzt want my money back and plz return my order.. Thank you
