I sent a second reminder mail on 10th january 2019 to support @clicktushop.com with regard to the order no. Dhcd1277104 dated 1st nov 2018, the first reminder being sent on the 24th december 2018 but i am yet to know as what happened to my order. I have not got the reply or the product or the refund. It is more than 2 months and i am very much disappointed and stressed the way the order is being handled by cluesdeal. What is happening? Can i get the refund? Help me please!
