Cluesdeal — product damaged or not working

I buy from cluesdeal website one I7 Wireless bluetooth headset with free samsung 32000 mah powebank in combo offer of rs 1140. but headset is damaged or the power bank is also not working and i am buying samsung power bank but received Sony powebank 32000 mah so its also not working please refund my money.

The product is not working.simply waste

The product which is deliver to me on my purchase order is not working properly. I am very disappointed due to such malicious product from your side. The i6s Bluetooth headset of left speaker is not working and voice resolution is very poor or It isn't branded quality mention as per clesdeals marketing website.And free product of power bank is not 32000mah as it was specified.
So kindly have a note on this "AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, "
