Under their return policy we should send an email or contact them in 24hours but nobody...

I booked 50000mah power bank of philips through online on 17 sep 2018. On 21 sep 18 i received the parcel by paying amount of 1440. When i opened the parcel i saw that it was duplicate and sony 32000mah. I asked about the same to courier boy. He said to return through online.
